Great but loud

It’s a great property, right on the beach. Stuff super friendly. A jewel beside the loud music.

My only issue is with the restaurant/beach club below, which guests have access to—which is great—but the music, with loud volume and strong base, plays until at least midnight most nights. Not what I call relaxing.

Exceptional

Absolutely charming place. Our room was towards the street but for that incredibly quiet. From our bathroom we even had direct ocean view. The breakfast was simple but good. Parking is even with a roof. The nearby beach club that we could use was extremly convenient as this is usually additional charge in Italy. They served free water, towels, good music, etc. We had a really good time.

Pure Ligurian Charm

Casa Di Anny is a beautiful old home, filled with history, charm and character. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The steam shower was a wonderful surprise! The gardens of the home are just beautiful and the balcony views to die for. Just a wonderful, authentic Ligurian experience!

What a great relaxing, personal location. Anny is worthwhile going back to. And only a few minutes walking from the center.. and the combination with the pool area is perfect. Grazzi mille!

Fijn verblijf aan zee

De host anny is een hele vriendelijke vrouw en het huis is prachtig. Fijn dat er een aparte parking bij het huis is. Verblijf is ook goed te lopen richting het dorpje.

Het huis en de faciliteiten zijn wat verouderd maar dat heeft ook z’n charme.

Toller Aufenthalt direkt am Meer

Der Ausblick war unglaublich, das Zimmer mit Balkon ist groß genug mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und antiken Möbeln ausgestattet. Alles ist super sauber. Die Villa liegt in einem wunderbaren Garten, und hat eigene Parkplätze mit abgeschlossenen Tor, ein schöner Beach-Club mit Pool und Liegen + Schirme grenzt an die Villa und darf kostenlos besucht werden. Der Ort ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit großer Einkaufstrasse und Restaurants, ein Supermarkt ist 100 m entfernt. Sehr gerne wieder.

Avec une chambre côté parc arrière aurait sûrement value le prix d une nuit a 300 euroso

Petit déjeuner très bien au bord de la piscine. Personnel sympa le matin. Charme de la maison. Vue superbe de la terrasse arrière face a la mer.

Fuir le we . Motos camions voitures Vespa toute la nuit jusqu a 2 heures du matin. Impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres pour la fraîcheur de la nuit. Donc chambre côté entrée du domaine a refuser si proposée.

Mooie suite met veel authentieke elementen. Terras met uitzicht op het zwembad en op de zee binnen een prachtig domein van Anny! Anny is een geweldig vriendelijke host

EL Paradiso (ancien nom de la propriété) mais c'est vrai c'est le paradis sur terre!!!

le cadre somptueux avec ce jardin magnifique et ses cycas sublimes... l'accès par le portail on avait l'impression d'entrer dans un lieu magique empreint d'histoire!!! en entrant dans le bâtiment par la porte d'entrée nous étions dans une magnifique villa italienne avec son escalier en marbre et ses chambres d'époque, la vue du balcon sur le parc avec la mer et la piscine. un havre de paix : un paradis pour nous et pour notre chien qui s'est régalé avec la ballade du matin. la propriétaire très accueillante parlant peu Français mais très sympathique c'est une image de la dolce Vita a l'italienne ou tout se déroule sans stress !!! la piscine est superbe avec des coins bronzage très confortables et un accès a la plage direct c'est certainement l'endroit que j'ai eu le plus de regret a quitter

le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré malgré la gentillesse du personnel !!! mais a leur décharge s'était en semaine avant la pleine saison et difficile de proposer beaucoup de choses qui peuvent se périmer du fait de manque de touristes mais pour 15€ par personne on est en droit d'être plus exigeant... par contre déjeuner au bord de la piscine c'est un summum que je vous conseille tout est calme et plénitude et les chiens sont accueillis avec amour et bonheur!

Das Frühstück für Euro 15 pro Person war sehr dürftig, kompensiert wurde es durch die schöne Terrasse am Pool wo das Frühstück serviert wird.

Heerlijk.

De villa ligt aan de weg tussen Diano Marina en San Bartolomeo. Beide dorpen zijn lopend makkelijk te bereiken. Je kunt gebruik maken van een mooie grote tuin met zwembad en grasveld met ligstoelen, gerund door Pantarei. De tuin geeft direct toegang tot het strand. Het ontbijt wordt ook door Pantarei verzorgd. De zeer vriendelijke dame van het ontbijt had iedere ochtend heerlijke zelfgebakken cake/ taartjes mee. Verder was het ontbijt eenvoudig, maar meer dan voldoende. Wij hadden helaas niet de suite geboekt, maar een (kleinere) kamer. Suite boeken dus. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk.

Het bed in de kleine kamer was vrij smal.

Maison de charme, dans un écrin de nature , jardin avec des arbres magnifiques et immenses Confidentiel , comme à la maison . Terrasses sur mer , on entend la mer du lit . Amabilité de l’ensemble du personnel et la propriétaire absolument charmante . Un paradis également pour notre petit chien , accepté partout .

La cortesia della proprietaria, la pulizia impeccabile, la posizione vicinissima al centro, ma tranquilla... e poi la stanza con terrazza e vista direttamente sul mare, in un piccolo parco alberato, praticamente un posto da fiaba! Curato nei minimi dettagli con eleganza.

Piaciuto tutto, colazione ottima basta chiedere la sera prima. Piscina bellissima, accesso sulla spiaggia comodissima. Padrona gentilissima.

Emplacement optimal

On vient pour le charme et l'emplacement , l'accès gratuit à Pantarei pour la piscine et le bar, et la gentillesse de la patronne

Vu le niveau, il faut refaire les joints moisis autour de la baignoire et revoir la robinetterie. Le balcon devrait être balayé
