Que les chiens des clients se baladent et urinent dans le jardin des enfants à côté de la piscine. Cela devrait être interdit pour raisons d’hygiène et de confort par rapport aux normes sanitaires Manque d’informations à propos des animations et activités proposées à l’hôtel Exemple : spectacle de magie, buffet et grillades sur le toit terrasse, animation musicale etc ….

Proposer Des menus à la carte. Salle de restaurant trop bruyante. Piscine trop chlorée.

La piscine très grande. Le choix du petit-déjeuner et la propreté de la chambre et salle de bain.
Accueil très moyen et froid. Parking déplorable. Impossible de se garer facilement. Petit-déjeuner bon mais pas d’accueil, encadrement mauvais et impolitesse du manager. Le bruit de la climatisation.
