Exceptional

Everything!!!! Very clean and beautiful room with a balcony and a view. Very friendly staff and great breakfast with a big variety. The cappuccino was great, and the croissants were hot and fresh. The sea is a couple minute walk and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom is a bit small.

Staff were super nice - I had read that in the reviews and that's the experience I got too! Travelled with my pet and they were super welcoming! The location is great in the sense that it's near the town, and still at a 10 min walk from Bartolomeo al Mare where you can find public beaches (most in Diano Marina are tiny and you have to pay) They look after guests and give you everything you need to feel safe in relation to covid.

I could hear the cars from the nearby main road if I had my window open, but closing it made a world of a difference.

L'accueil, l'emplacement

Trop bruyant dans l'hôtel, mais surtout la rue très passante avec une très mauvaise isolation de la porte fenêtre. Un bruit incessant de va et vient de voitures et motos fenêtres fermées.

La struttura è valida, vicina al centro e alla spiaggia. Staff disponibile e gentile. Buona scelta a colazione. Molto comodo il parcheggio coperto a pagamento collegato ai piani dall' ascensore.

Bene la cena del sabato sera un po' meno quella della domenica.

Piacevole soggiorno a fine vacanze

La posizione un po' decentrata, ma comunque molto vicina alla spiaggia e agli stabilimenti balneari. Centro città facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti. Camera con letto confortevole, ottima la gestione dell'aria condizionata, efficiente e silenziosa anche di notte. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi e grande varietà. Parcheggio interno (a prezzo onesto).

Come per altre strutture di pari livello in Liguria, l'isolamento acustico dell'edificio lascia un po' a desiderare. Non tanto per l'interno dove i "muri di cartone" sono la norma, sono proprio i rumori da fuori. L'albergo è situato sull'Aurelia, per cui traffico e pedoni si sentono decisamente troppo anche al terzo piano. Questo nonostante il serramento nuovo con doppi vetri. Il bagno minuscolo, ma anche questo è comune ad altri hotel della stessa categoria.
