Highly priced, average hotel

The hotel and the conditions are basic overall. Water pressure is low, you can barely have a decent shower. Prices are high for what you get, but it was August for us, so Italian holidays might explain these hights. We booked a certain type of room and got another type because “this is it, there’s no availability anymore. You can file a complain in the morning if you want”.

Terrible facilities for the expensive price. Much nuisance from the near rooms. No parking possibilities. No private beach which was advertised.

Staff were polite, place was clean and modren enough, just no alternatives given,

When we arrived we were only told then that No Airconditioning was available as there was some problem, No fans were offerred as a solution. The Pool was green and not at all useable, despite no mention of the pool not being available. Only 2 power sockets in the whole room and the fridge and TV were epected to be plugged into 1 socket so if you used TV you couldnt use fridge and the other oscket was so far away and no batteries in TV remote. wouldnt stay again unless i was assured all of above were certain.

Notte a diano marina

Colazione normale, senza infamia senza lode. Buono il caffè! Hotel confortevole e rispecchia le aspettative. Camera pulita, personale disponibile. Molto buona la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla zona pedonale centrale e a pochi metri dal mare.

Di notte molti rumori molesti da parte di altri ospiti fino a notte fonda, occorrerebbe evitare queste mancanze di rispetto. Fuori stagione forse orario di check-in e check out un po' stretti. Si potrebbe offrire qualche ora in più.

Un buon Hotel lungo la via Aurelia

Struttura tenuta bene anche se un pò vecchiotta. La camera era di buone dimensioni e ben insonorizzata. La colazione è stata abbondante sia di dolce sia di salato. La posizione è ottima perché molto vicina al mare e al centro di Diano Marina e l'hotel è posto lungo la Via Aurelia, quindi comodo anche per un pernotto di passaggio. Personale alla reception molto gentile. Ho usufruito del parcheggio auto che è veramente comodo e protetto, posto su un parcheggio interno di proprietà dell'Hotel e chiuso da portoni.

posto a due passi dal centro, personale gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni cosa, parcheggio trovato subito appena dietro l'hotel, colazione molto rifornita e con ogni necessita. raccomando questo posto a chiunque voglia andare in liguria per godersi il mare e avere ogni disponibilità a portata di mano.

Passable

Le lit était confortable. L’hôtel n’était pas loin du centre. La plage en face de l’hôtel était très bien, c’est une plage de petits cailloux c’est super.

La douche c’était une épreuve. Un coup la pression était normale, puis très faible, puis l’eau gelée puis l’eau brûlante. Vraiment pas agréable. Le parking était assez éloigné et étroit. Le petit-déjeuner était passable. On entendait tout ce que faisaient nos voisins de chambre.

5 giorni di sole e mare con il nostro pelosetto

Il personale è stato disponibile e cortese, la camera sempre pulita e accogliente, spaziosa con un bel terrazzino, la posizione perfetta per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro. Abbiamo portato anche il nostro cane di media taglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Buona la scelta per colazione e cena, unico piccolo appunto allo Chef una maggiore attenzione alla cottura dei primi. Nel complesso abbiamo comunque mangiato bene.

La posizione, vicino al centro e alle spiagge. Il giardinetto dove rilassarti. Lo staff attento alle esigenze dei clienti e le addette alle stanze, professionali e pronte per ogni esigenza (Cristina in primis!! Grazie) il balcone

Più attenzione al cibo, non sempre buono e con gusto piatto. La colazione buona ma è capitato di trovare le brioche non fresche. La NS stanza grande e luminosa, ma il bagno sarebbe da rivedere.

L accueil, la chambre très propre, le lit très confortable et la chambre très agréable avec beaucoup de rangement, une armoire et une commode . Le frigo en fonction pour garder ces boissons au frais. Le repose bagage et la chaise à disposition. Le petit balcon avec deux chaises. La salle de bain avec 3 serviettes, la grande, la moyenne et la petite. Le sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner avec une diversité normale tout le monde peut trouver ces préférences

Rien. Alors certes le style de la chambre est ancien mais moi, personnellement, je fais souvent des hôtels partout dans l Europe et je n'ai pas tout ça dans une chambre.

Peccato che sia trascurato

La posizione era molto comoda, lo staff gentile, colazione buona e abbastanza varia.

Struttura assolutamente trascurata, camere con forte odore di umido e muffa, nel bagno si staccava l'intonaco dal soffitto, la doccia/ vasca dove l'anta di chiusura era priva di silicone sotto e alla prima doccia si è allagato il bagno, fughe delle piastrelle nere di muffa. Nella stanza dei nostri amici invece cabina doccia strettissima, che rendeva difficoltosi i movimenti. In camera solo una presa elettrica sotto la tv in facciata al letto. Il parcheggio per essere a pagamento (e 20€ non sono poche) è davvero scomodo, in un garage poco distante dall'hotel con spazi super ristretti e con difficoltà di manovra, tanto che abbiamo lasciato la macchina lì e ripresa solo a fine vacanza. La piscina in condizioni di pulizia assurde, e quella dei bambini con al centro un vortice di terra.

Due giorni di relax, dove tutto ha funzionato bene

Spettacolare la colazione! Buffet fornitissimo. Personale gentile: la signora Cristina che si è occupata della pulizia e riordino della camera sempre disponibile e attenta. Ho apprezzato la grande finestra in bagno (non il bagnetto "cieco" con ventolina ma un ampio bagno ben attrezzato e arieggiato) e il comodo materasso. Per soggiorni lunghi la camera potrebbe risultare un po' piccola.... ma è ben arredata, pulita e confortevole.

Criticità col parcheggio: esiguo e molto costoso a mio avviso... come gran parte della Liguria

secondo me le camere sono un po' vetuste, non ho potuto vedere la tv in quanto non c'era il telecomando. la posizione é da parte ad un benzinaio, posteggio piccolo e scomodo, difficile di uscire con macchine grosse. secondo me é troppo caro per fermarsi una notte

Il signor Enzo la moglie che sono irresponsabili le ragazze alla reception fatin e Valentina il caposala Raffaele tutte persone veramente squisite non potrò dimenticare questi tre giorni passate da loro mi hanno aiutato su tutto e persone come loro credo che non esistano Quindi tutto perfetto in questa struttura soprattutto loro comprese anche le cameriere ai piani pure ottime persone un caro saluto Un abbraccio a tutti voi la prossima volta un pensierino per tutti voi Grazie veramente infinite per tutti Angela Incoronata
