breakfast - they asked to fill a questionnaire for the breakfast the day before in order to prepare what we would like but... they didn't prepare nothing and all the tables in breakfast room they said were "all booked"

Close to the seaside. Very quiet compared to many locations on the seaside that have noisy entertainment until past midnight.

Short intermittent power outage around lunch time. During about 1 hour the power was gone for a few minutes to return again for a few minutes. On and off about 5 to 10 times.

Struttura in posto comodo, a 1minuto dal lungomare. Camere per mio gusto da rendere più moderne e aggiornare arredi e bagni ma almeno pulite. Ottima struttura per anziani per i servizi offerti. Colazione discreta. Su richiesta si può consumare anche pranzo e cena in struttura.

Gli arredi sarebbero da ammodernare. La terrazza con idromassaggio aveva acqua sporca e non ben tenuta.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, vista mare. Accoglienza gentile e disponibile.

Colazione fino alle ore 10, ma una volta scesi (ore 9), buffet vuoto e sparecchiato, compreso gli erogatori di bevande staccati.Nell'imbarazzo generale riusciamo a mangiare qualcosa, elencato e servito in modo approssimativo dallo staff. Apprezzate le scuse, ma grave disservizio.

Camera con arredi datati e bagno con mobile sottolavandino rovinatissimo a causa umidità, box doccia con porte che non chiudono,nessun ripiano x appoggio oggetti , asciugamani ruvidi...pochissimo insonorizzata. . A mio parere la camera non vale la cifra richiesta.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la vasca idromassaggio e la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette per esplorare i dintorni. Lo staff è stato davvero simpatico e disponibile, creando un’atmosfera familiare e accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax e comfort vicino al mare!

L’hotel non ha un parcheggio proprio, quindi bisogna affidarsi a quello comunale a pagamento, se si riesce a trovare posto. Per la colazione, direi che manca un po’ di varietà sul salato, mentre il resto è sempre uguale ogni giorno.

Non abbiamo gradito l'invadenza dello staff che segue la sala da pranzo, c'è un limite tra la gentilezza alla "troppa"confidenza . Capiamo che ormai è difficile trovare personale per la stagione però un minimo di direttive sul comportamento andrebbero seguite

Picik a szobák és nincs hűtő a szobákban, csak egy lent a recepción. A fürdőszoba erősen felújításra szorul. A tengeri kilátás korlátozott az előtte levő épület miatt.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La pulizia era impeccabile e la stanza era accogliente. La posizione è un punto di forza: centrale, ben collegata e vicina a tutti i servizi essenziali, inoltre a due passi dal mare. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, disponibile e pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza.Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza pensieri. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

L'esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal mare e comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. L’hotel è pulito e ben tenuto, le camere ordinate e confortevoli. Una menzione speciale alla colazione: ricca, varia e con prodotti freschi, dolci e salati, che accontentano tutti i gusti. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante in Liguria, in una struttura accogliente e ben curata.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno, la struttura è ben curata e molto pulita, le camere spaziose e luminose. Il personale è stato sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. Colazione varia e abbondante. La famiglia più simpatica dell hotel Europa

Devo dire che e in una posizione super comoda a spiaggia lungo mare statale . Ma la cosa che ci e piaciuta di più e l accoglienza in hotel, personale fantastico solare gentilissimo ma trovato da nessuna parte persone così disponibili ( pur essendo il loro lavoro ) ad avere una confidenza così bella con il cliente ci si sentiva a casa grazie davvero di cuore per tutto l impegno che mettete nel fare il vostro lavoro. Hotel consigliatissimo.

Purtroppo come molto spesso capita succedono cose indesiderate soprattutto quando non si possono riparare in tempo brevissimo . Ma ciò non ci ha tolto comunque lo saltare bene in hotel.( Perdita dalla vaschetta dell acqua del wc... Rumore molto fastidioso.) In secondo un po' per la comodità dei materassi un po' antiquati non adatti a persone con il mal di schiena

Colazione ottima, molto gentile il personale, soprattutto il ragazzo sudamericano. Posizione molto vicina al mare, peccato non direttamente prospiciente il mare, un edificio si frapponeva fra Hotel e mare.
