The territory is well-groomed. The nearest beach is around 10 mins by foot. Beaches are pebble.

a fantastic stay! a nice house near the beach. there is also a nice swimming pool next to the apartment. The owner is very friendly and very willing to offer help. Our car broke down and she did the communication for us with the car garage. She also contributed to the necessary extension of our stay. She then thinks along with you, which we appreciate very much in her. We definitely recommend a stay here!

Superb

We had an apartment with the pleasant view on Cervo and nearby church. Apartments are well equipped, spacious, located in a calm area and just nice in general. Around 7 minutes to the beach.

The best summer vacation

The receptionist (Patrizia) was really kind and helpful! Knowing that we have 3 kids, She upgraded our apartment to one that had a huge terrace -outdoor space really matters when you have kids- The view from the pool is awesome! You can see the old fashioned Cervo and the Sea too!

Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana in questa struttura giorni in e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è pulita e curata, la piscina è ampia e perfetta per rilassarsi, e la posizione vicino al mare è comodissima. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, e l’alloggio era confortevole.Lo consiglio a chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla con possibilità di alternare mare e relax in piscina.

L’unico aspetto da migliorare è la disponibilità di asciugamani, che non erano sufficienti per una settimana.

Superbes vacances en Ligurie

La gentillesse de Patrizia et sa famille qui ont été au top tout au long de notre séjour. Le lieu est reposant pour de belles vacances en famille, la piscine et ses transats très agréables avec le kiosque pour un snack si l'envie nous prend. L'emplacement près de la plage, petits commerces etc... Tout se fait à pied même avec de jeunes enfants. Et la superbe fête de ferragosto où nous avons passé un très bon moment de partage autour d'un excellent barbecue. Merci à vous pour cet accueil de qualité!

- Tennisplatz immer verfügbar und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für 10€ pro Stunde top. - Swimmingpool in der Anlage echt super, haben die Kinder sehr genossen. - Kiosk am Pool echt praktisch und immer gut für einen Snack zwischendurch. - Ferragosto Fest von den Eigentümern veranstaltet war echt Klasse. - Lage OK, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. - Privater Parkplatz echt empfehlenswert wegen der sehr knappen freien Parkflächen. - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Assolutamente consigliato!

-posizione ottima, a piedi 10-15 minuti dal lungo mare del paese (un po di salita e discesa ma l’abbiamo fatto tranquillamente con due bimbi piccoli) - appartamento essenziale ma funzionale - piscina magnifica adatta anche ai bambini perché ha due altezze, per adulti e bambini (in alcune occasioni la lasciano aperta fino a mezzanotte ed è bellissima con le luci colorate di notte) - staff molto cordiale e sempre disponibile e reperibile - aria condizionata ottima e con due split che rinfrescano tutto l’appartamento

Unica osservazione i letti: molto rumorosi (cigolano tantissimo) e il letto a scomparsa non era molto comodo.

Ospitalità che sa di famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni presso questa Struttura dove siamo stati davvero bene! Il monolocale risulta un po' datato ma tenuto bene, molto pulito e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno con un bimbo piccolo. Pregio della struttura è la grande piscina, con zona acqua bassa per bambini, e ampio spazio solarium con sdraio e ombrelloni dove potersi rilassare e prendere il sole. Sono presenti anche un chiosco dove potersi ristorare con annessa area giochi i bimbi. Inoltre la Struttura è a 10minuti a piedi dal lungomare e dispone di un parcheggio auto ad un prezzo contenuto. Il vero valore di questo Luogo è dato dal personale e, soprattutto, dalla titolare e dai suoi figli che ci hanno accolti e coccolati in ogni modo, risultando sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Quando hanno saputo del compleanno di nostro figlio, non hanno esitato ad allestire una zona per festeggiarlo al meglio. Straconsigliata!

Kraftplatz / toll Umgebung / Lage perfekt

Was für ein Kraftplatz! Wir haben in einem wunderbaren EG-Appartement gewohnt. Die Terrasse und der angrenzende kleine Garten waren toll. Den schönen Pool haben wir gerne genutzt und der Bademeister war der Inbegriff von Freundlichkeit! Klar, es war hellhörig. Aber uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Patrizia ist bemüht allen Gästen den besten Urlaub zu bereiten - und das merkt man zu jeder Sekunde. Wir kommen wieder!

Soggiorno deludente

Appartamenti fatiscenti. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento datato. La prima sera l’acqua calda non funzionava a causa di un nido di vespe nella caldaia, quindi acqua calda e balcone (con le vespe) erano inagibili. I proprietari ci hanno cambiato appartamento, quindi il secondo giorno abbiamo “traslocato” (avendo una bimba piccola le cose da trasportare da un appartamento all’altro erano parecchie) in un nuovo appartamento, con una terrazza più carina. Ci ha lasciato molto delusi il fatto di non aver ricevuto nessun risarcimento, visti i disagi. Non torneremo: i disagi possono succedere, ma il comportamento dei gestori francamente è stato deludente.

Die Unterkunft ist super angenehm und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft und zentral. Am tollsten ist der kurze Weg zum Strand und die kostenlosen Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und sehr offen im Gespräch. Wir konnten uns auf vielen Sprachen mit ihr unterhalten (arabisch, französisch, englisch, deutsch und italienisch). So eine liebe Frau! In der Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr sehr sauber. Das Treppenhaus ist super gepflegt und riecht immer super gut. Ich würde jedes Mal aufs Neue immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Ligging was redelijk goed, naar strand wandelen was ca 15 minuten, met de auto kan ook maar parkeren is drama. Appartementen wel voorzien van een prima airconditioning.

Voorzieningen waren zeer matig, kleine bedden, douche heel klein of douchen in bad zonder dat je de douchekop kan ophangen. Geen flesje water op de kamer bij ontvangst en een half rolletje wc papier. Schoonmaken doen ze niet, dus over het algemeen veel betaald voor onze superior room, maar viel in de praktijk wel tegen. de reviews doen nog vermoeden dat er een zwembad is, maar dat is niet het geval. Daarnaast is het behoorlijk gehorig, je hoort deuren van de buren open en dichtslaan en je hoor zelfs de buren naar het toilet gaan en doortrekken.
