Good stays, comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The property was easily accessible, the check-in and check-out was well organized. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and and it was well heated.

We was in 5, and it’s a little bit small for 5 people, but in general for few days it’s not a problem.

Nice apartment close to the beach !

Location is good. 10 min. walk to the beach. Room was good and clean.

There was no information at all. No paper with emergency numbers of doctors or dentists for example. But also no information about things to do. We missed the big firework at the beach because we didn’t know about it.

Location, parking, clean room

after the first visit we were excited. Disappointed after the last stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not available even though it was on the property. They are supposed to be accommodated in the next entrance and it was probably not possible to come to an agreement. You can only look at her. The fridge is old, barely functional. Toilet paper was not replenished during the week's stay, nor were towels changed. Noisy nearby guests who smoked marijuana every evening made it unpleasant to sit on the balcony. In the room, you can hear a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms and the corridor. Little equipped kitchen. The air conditioning function, but you need to place a bowl under it and running water from it. Very uncomfortable sleep on the sofa bed and the bed creaked with every movement. I advise the owner to invest a little.

Location was good, everything was decently connected and reachable via tourist office.

Kitchen foldout bed was not the best, with iron bars that I would regularly hurt myself on.

Residence accogliente, in una posizione tranquilla; appartamento molto pulito e con un bel terrazzo per colazione e pranzo all'aperto; campo da tennis gratuito a disposizione degli ospiti; personale della reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Il nostro appartamento per 5 ospiti era un po' piccolino, forse era più adatto a 2 o 3 persone. Consiglio a chi voglia utilizzare il campo da tennis di portarsi le proprie racchette e palline perché quelle fornite dal residence sono in po' "vissute..."

großzügiges Appartement mit traumhafter Terrasse, der Blick auf Cervo, nah zum Strand

Die Ausstattung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns jedoch keineswegs gestört hat. Wir hatten viel Platz und eine herrliche große Terrasse mit Sonnen- und Schattenbereichen – ein echtes Highlight zu jeder Tageszeit, ob morgens, mittags bei frischem Wind im Schatten oder abends. Der Ausblick auf die pittoreske Stadt Cervo war traumhaft. Zum Strand gelangt man bequem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem kostenlosen Hotel-Fahrrad. Auf dem Gelände gibt es zudem eine kleine Bar am Pool, an der man leckeren Cappuccino oder Espresso genießen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundliche und hilfsbereite Paola, die zudem perfekt Deutsch spricht.

Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber gewesen. Viele Haare auf dem Boden gelegen ( Hundehaare). In den Ecken wurde auch nicht sauber gemacht .

Es war alles in sauber und gut in gutem Zustand. Leider war es sehr hellhörig und man hört die Türen der anderen Zimmer sehr.

Sinceramente tutto, ho avuto l’appartamento piano terra avevo un pezzo di giardino cosa che ho apprezzato avendo un bambino piccolo, hai il necessario se devi parti da mangiare

Visto che accettano anche gli animali sceglierei di avere i copri letti per le persone che non portano e altri per quelli che portano, perché rimangono i pelli dei nostri amici pelosi e potrebbero esserci delle persone che siano allergiche, i divani letti sono veramente scomodi
