I liked it cause it was close to the beach

Staff was nice and helpful the whole time. The location was 10/10.

Rooms are old, the AC had mold. Pool was also kind of breaking apart, the lights were hanging out and the filter holes were looking moldy as well. Also the pool wasn’t always clean.

10/10, already looking forward to next time

The staff were exceptional and lovely, as well as the facilities. The breakfast was small but very nicely done, and we had a wonderful time starting our day like that by the pool. The location was perfect and very accessible, offering short walking distances to the beach and local sights. We really enjoyed the classic hotel atmosphere, and we will definitely be back!

Parking seemed a bit tricky, but nevertheless, once you download easypark you can park all over the area very easily.

They gave us old and small room in the other old side of hotel. The room was not even close to what it looks like in the photos

It’s great for short trips to San Bartolomeo Al Mare.

The room was very clean and quite nice. The balcony and the view of the sea and to Cervo were awesome. AC worked well.

The parking is for small cars or for skilled drivers only as the spots are quite narrow. The bathroom was okay but the showerhead could not be properly adjusted.

Unclean and very unconformable and old mattresses

The location and the food.

The lady at the reception on the morning shift was unfriendly and wasn't very helpful, but the rest of the staff was always helpful and very friendly. The room was not clean, the garbage can in the bathroom was full and was smelling, the shower was not clean and the room was with hairs and bugs. Overall was not worth the money. The mattresses in all 3 rooms are old and it was impossible to sleep.

Dissatisfied with our stay, not returning anytime soon.

Good location close to the beach.

The staff was not very service minded except the guy working night in the reception. Parking in garage was not smooth as we had to walk in and out of the garage to tell the reception to open the gate. When you arrive at a hotel you expect a welcoming atmosphere and helpful people. We felt the hotel only wanted to charge for the nights and nothing else. No minibar in the room, breakfast outside in the warm sun and unreliable AC just to mention some other complaints.

Friendly and supportive staff

The hotel was located in close distance to the old town of Cervo and the beaches. It was easy to find and easy to reach. The staff was very friendly and supportive: the friendly lady at the reception desk, the assertive ladies who were serving the breakfast or the young man who patiently supported me with parking of my big family car in their narrow garage. I am happy to go again. And kids are very welcome!

As mentioned in other comments, the rooms would profit from a makeover. But all was clean, tidy, comfortable. I prefer good comfort over posh design!

The pool was really good, but that was the only good facility

First we got a room straight to the road which was not isolated. We could cry. So we requested another one. All the rooms (and so was the hotel) are really old. Our toiet was not flushing. The breakfast was without any love. The staff not friendly at all. The price was far over the 100. They should feel ashamed calculating those prices for this poor quality

Last minute decision to book in our favourite location in Italy. Price for 9 days B&B was excellent.

Centrally located charming family run hotel. Rooms cleaned daily and breakfast on the terrace was something to look forward to. Reception staff were very attentive

Facilities in room were basic and kettle with a few cups would have been nice. In saying that coffee was available at reception at cost of 1euro. Shampoo in small sachets held too little liquid and we're a bit fiddley. Apart from that it was adequate and as described.
