Nothing apart from the cleaning gang very good and polite

Nothing matched with booking coms recommendations. Breakfast was terrible would not even give to my cat. No evening entertainment yet hotels around us had fantastic entertainment

Pleasant

Very friendly people at the reception! The hotel is close to the beach and has a free parking place (see also below). The hotel has a private park with a place for children.

You should pay if you want to use the beach and the park of the hotel 32 euro/day. If you want to use your car (from the hotel parking) it is not easy to find a place when you are back (thanks to reception, they helped with this). The restaurant hall manager was not friendly to us. Breakfast is not impressive (no fruits in Italy!) and is very poorly organized. During breakfast they start table setting for lunch, reducing the number of tables available for breakfast and creating bustle and noise.

Very good

Location is very good, 5 mins walk from the beach, 10 mins walk from the centre, with plenty of restaurants. The room comfortable, the bathrrom good size with a excellent shower. Free bike rent to explore the area.

The breakfast can have a bit more of fresh fruit and variation on salty items but the staff was very kind and friendly.

I didn’t know that before you stay there that you should reserve a place at the beach. Unfortunately there wasn’t anymore place left at the private beach.

Well-located hotel with friendly staff, parking quite problematic

Super friendly staff; food and beverages not expensive; relatively clean, aircon rooms (without you would not survive, trust me), close to beach and city centre, where you can easily spend like 3+ days by itself. Train station is about 30 minutes walk away from the hotel, but taxis can take you there for about €8.

Rooms were rather small, especially the bathroom. Shower, toilet, sink were all rather close together, which was a bit uncomfortable both alone or with two people in the bathroom at the same time. Rooms were a bit old-fashioned. Very limited and narrow parking possibilities. There were two garages for about 15-20 cars in total, which were both ridiculously narrow and steep. NOT suitable for bigger/longer/lowered vehicles. One of the garages is locked. Here you can park for €5 per day.

Only one slow coffee machine for breakfast. Be prepared to queue half an hour for the first coffee of the day. Until they don't fix that, the place is a clear NO GO.

Absolutely amazing staff, the owner himself works at the reception and will solve all your problems and will help you with all the possible requests, Very nice staying. We really liked it with our family. Hoping to come back.

Ideale per il Festival di Sanremo e per una vacanza rilassante

Abbiamo trascorso due splendidi giorni presso l’Hotel Residence Mediterraneo e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo state accolte con calore e professionalità. Dai titolari a tutto il personale, si percepiscono attenzione autentica verso il cliente, gentilezza e una disponibilità rara, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La struttura si presenta pulita, ordinata e estremamente accogliente. Molto comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare sia nei pressi dell’hotel sia all’interno del parcheggio custodito, soluzione particolarmente consigliata agli amici motociclisti. La posizione è strategica: ben collegata alla stazione ferroviaria, distante circa 2 km, che consente di spostarsi facilmente senza utilizzare l’auto. Un punto di appoggio ideale anche per chi desidera partecipare al Festival di Sanremo, grazie alla comodità del treno e all’assenza di problemi legati al parcheggio. Ottima e abbondante la colazione, con un’ampia scelta tra dolce, salato e frutta fresca, capace di soddisfare ogni esigenza. Nel periodo estivo, inoltre, la bellissima piscina esterna rappresenta un valore aggiunto perfetto per rinfrescarsi nelle calde giornate della costa ligure. Diano Marina, affacciata sul mare, completa l’esperienza con i suoi locali, il buon cibo e la possibilità di raggiungere comodamente la spiaggia per momenti di vero relax. Che dire… soggiornare qui è stato come sentirsi a casa. Struttura assolutamente consigliata e nella quale torneremo sicuramente.
