Secluded, luxurious, romantic, delightful stay at Ubud Hills

We had an incredible time at Ubud Hills - it's the perfect spot for a peaceful reset or a romantic getaway. The private pool attached to the room gives you the most spectacular view of the rainforest in a secluded, luxurious setting. The staff were very kind and helpful, and with a free shuttle bus to Ubud leaving twice daily, you're well positioned to explore the town while enjoying the peace and quiet that comes with this beautiful location. There's even a waterfall right in the middle of the villa. It was our highlight of our time in Bali, you won't regret it.

Nice aesthetic, quite difficult practically

The views was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very peaceful . I thank the staff for carrying the luggage all those stairs up to the villa , it was not easy.

It was very much the jungle experience in some ways , there was bugs and lizards . The pool was unclean. There were a lot of stairs to climb to the villa so maybe unsuitable for elderly as well as small children.

Peaceful & quiet stay with a soothing sound of the river

A good value of money. Friendly & helpful staff. It is very peaceful & quiet in the middle of rainforest. Beautiful view surrounded by waterfalls & river streams (perfect for a chill day out by the pool!) Spacious & comfortable rooms. Their beddings is also super comfortable! They offer a free shuttle to ubud center which is just 10mins away. Which makes going around easy. I will definitely come back & recommend to my friends to stay here.

A true hideaway in Ubud—we’d happily stay again!

Ubud Hills Villas & Resort was the perfect escape! They accommodated us on just one day’s notice and gave us a beautiful deluxe villa with a private pool at the top of the resort. Lots of steps, but the elevated views and peaceful sound of the waterfall made it so worth it. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, and a special thanks to Dian, our concierge, who made everything effortless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in Ubud.

Paradise in a tropical jungle with nature’s beauty the sons of birds cherping and animals sounds and water running.

The property was amazing set in the middle of this amazing tropical paradise with beautiful views and waterfalls and an amazing communal pool were we sat in the morning for breakfast stunning.

Well as I said great location but if you’ve been out walking all day the up hill treks to get to our villa is a little tiring otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Family friendly and perfect choice for honeymooners and couples

Location( in the middle of the jungle), staff (very kind, helpful and supportive), swimming pool, waterfalls within, near amenities (approximately half an hour from Ubud shopping centre and others), free daily shuttle service to centre with return, restaurant (breakfast comes with six options to choose from), daily room service, club car to transport from the resort to the car parking. One day, four monkeys came to our villa’s private pool, and we had a fun moment with them. The private pool within our villa was always cold, we couldn’t use it. I wonder if the resort management could help in some way to heat it up, daily, so couples can benefit from it. Also, we found a geico lizard inside the Villa, which is expected in Ubud. We called the management team, and thankfully they responded quickly by talking it away. I strongly recommend this resort for honeymooners, couples and families. You gonna really enjoy the nature life and the kindness of Ubud people.🥰

Quiet and clean hotel. Almost the perfect escape in Ubud.

- Surrounding nature and sound of water. - Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bedding. - View from the room with large windows. - Large bathroom and very strong water pressure.

- extremely steep road to access the hotel. Difficult for cars and for pedestrians. - Breakfast menu complicated, and few healthy options (sweetened cereals, no brown bread). But great omelettes. - No cutlery in the rooms to eat complementary fruits.

The Ubud Hills Villas are set in the tropical rainforest close to a beautiful waterfall. Like beautiful music, the sound of the nearby waterfall can be heard as you stroll from your villa to the scenic restaurant. The staff are professional, cheerful and very helpful. I look forward to returning.

Lovely, quiet and spacious room in an amazing location.

The location was amazing, tucked away in the hills, with a close by waterfall that you can hear from your room. Breakfast overlooks the pool and is really nice. The kitchen were amazing and when my partner got sick were very accomodating to his food needs. Staff members Kadek, Putu, Wahyu and Jerry made our stay very memorable. You are also able to get free transport at certain times to ubud centre.

When they say hills, they really mean hills! The drive down to reception is very steep. The massage options are on the pricey side for a hotel as well.

Jungle stay

The location was great. It is located in the middle of the jungle with a waterfall leading up to the resort. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast had 4 different options, food was good. Bedroom and Washroom were large, comfy and spacious.

The private swimming pool was not very clean, had leaves and insects in it. So, we didn't use it during the duration of our stay

Amazing, 5 star would definitely stay again

The staff are amazing. They ask you to put your breakfast order in the night before so it’s ready for you at your decided time. One of the days we were leaving at 2am for a hike up Mt batur so we told them we didn’t require breakfast. Instead they made us sandwiches and fruit to take on the hike. They organised our late (12am) pick from the airport and any time we needed a taxi somewhere they booked it for us. Five star treatment. Words can’t describe how grateful we were for the staff.

The location although beautiful is a little ways out from Ubud. However it’s not really a problem as they are happy to organise taxis for drop offs and pick up.

Unique hotel especially if you don’t have problem with animals

The breakfast 🧇 was nice the hospitality the staff was very friendly specially mr jerry who played a lot with my baby and was very helpful plus the other staff, also the place inside the jungle was magnificent..

The lizards 🦎 and especially the big lizard about 1 Meter long which appeared at the edge of our private pool coming from the jungle

Wonderful romantic and quiet place.

This is very quiet place away from the noisy roads and other public places. However it is just 20 min to center of Ubud and no traffic once you out of the center. It is very close to a lot of popular places like rice fields, pyramid of chi, swings and so on.

A wonderful resort that accommodates your every needs with wonderful staff.

The stay here was exceptional from start to finish. Can't praise the staff enough. The receptionists Ayu, Wahyu and Danti were always attentive, helpful, kind, friendly and polite. They were always smiling and helped us a lot with booking day tours. The taxi drivers were also super helpful and kind and went out of their way to help in any way they can! The accommodation itself exceeded our expectation, it was more spacious, modern and comfortable. Great accessibility to facilities e.g. pool, restaurant and spa. the ladies who helped us with the massage were brilliant. Can't praise the staff enough from the housekeepers, reception, taxi drivers and all the rest of the staff! Very friendly and approachable and always willing to help! Very polite and positive so it made the holiday even more relaxing. I would highly recommend friends and family to stay here and we certainly would be returning in the future! :)

it was an absolute amazing stay ! would definitely come again !

we were there on our first week in Bali - after the flight and the long car - drive to the hotel we were really exhausted, but the ladies from the reception were so nice and the stuff helped us with our bags and luggage, the room was very big and everything was clean, the bathroom was also really clean, the bathtub was the only thing were we decided to not take a bath but it‘s all good, in the middle of the night we thought that some people are walking around the house but in the end it was an animal on the roof, it was loud and scary for the first nights, the pool was cold so we didn‘t use it - the breakfast is good but little, because you can order just the dish from the card, no buffet or something, we had two times dinner and it was delicious and the prize was also good, the service is really nice and good, we gave the laundry away and got it back with a good scent, some stains didn‘t come out, unfortunately - the ladies from the reception are very nice and we talked with them many hours, they gave us recommendations and hints for activities, because of them we rearranged our bookings and we aren‘t regretting it, the road to the hotel is realllyyy scary and just for good drivers ! so please take care when you are there, but with the motorbike you are in the city within 15min, we also took a roadtrip with the motorbikes to the Mount Batur !

Choose this hotel! after staying in other hotels in Bali, I can tell this is one of the best in all aspects: the facilities are clean, beautiful, perfect. The villa and the room is a dream! very spacious and you have everything you need. The best is the hotel staff, I got sick during my stay in Bali and the staff helped us find a pharmacy, and they brought the breakfast to the room as I needed to rest. Tons of kindness here!

Property is in the jungle, it was really really quiet. the views and waterfall was exceptional. very good for honeymooners. staff organised the floating breakfast in our private pool which was really good. No big bugs!. the spa was excellent!

our villa was situated on top of the hill so we got tired each and very time climbing the stairs. food was good but no variety.
