Wild beauty and serenity at the same time!

Beautiful and spacious villa into the absolute green! Amazing host, super communicative and willing to help always! The staff was super nice too! The place was paradise during the day fo a group of 7 friends! Breakfast was served every morning on the dining area , fresh made from the housekeepers . Also their coffee is the best! The pool and the view is stunning as well!

The only that we have to mention as a negative is the lizards, ants and geckos (the big lizard) that have access all over the windows , doors and roof during the night. We felt pretty uncomfortable staying always with them around. But if you are familiar with nature etc. that’s totally normal on that area. The most of the villas have the same issue around. The host did everything to ensure that we are fine and offered many suggestions always in order to make us feel comfortable and safe. Also, the issue with the ants on the kitchen area and fridge was a bit annoying always. Other than that, the villa is amazing!

Wonderful dreamy stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay — in fact, we even extended our visit, and if more days had been available, we would have gladly stayed longer. The villa is truly amazing, and Esa and the entire staff made our time there feel like a dream. The service was exceptional — a 10 out of 10. The house itself is stunning, with a breathtaking view that’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. Every detail was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back someday.

Incredible Villa!

Everything was wonderful, the view was stunning (looking out over the valley) the staff were incredible especially Ibu Komang and Ibu Made and the driver Wayan were very helpful and knowledgable, recommending warungs nearby where we had the best gado gado and dadar gulung! I highly recommend Wayan for your transportation needs in and about Ubud. Also the gardens and pool were impeccably maintained by Pak Benson and Pak Nyoman and were a delight to spend time in!

An amazing place run by wonderful people

The villa is more spectacular than in the photos, to say the least. Everything is well maintained, very clean, there is ample seating both inside and out at all 3 levels. Even though it is situated amongst other properties in a village, you wouldn't know it from inside the property, it is so immersed in the natural surroundings of the jungle. The staff cannot do enough to satisfy your every wish, from cooking breakfast (lunch or dinner also available, with very flexible hours), to arranging transportation, booking massages (to be done in the comfort of the villa), and basically doing everything possible to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. You have 4 people on hand at the villa from morning to late afternoon (2 handling breakfast and cleaning and 2 tending to he outside grounds and pool area), they're very unintrusive but always available. Esa, the property manager, does a tremendous job, and is always ready to cater to any request, which is handled promptly. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property, we felt more than welcome and again i cannot commend the staff enough for their outstanding service.

The perfect Balinese retreat

Tbe property was amazing. Located in the forest with everything you could want on a holiday. It was well appointed and the staff were so amazing. We had a driver Wayan who took us on day tours and did the airport run and he was awesome and made our stay so much easier. He literally took us everywhere! We also had a private chef cook for us one night and the food was delicious. Every breakfast prepared by Made and Komang was delicious. We had massages in the villa. And our manager Esa was very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect.

Mansion overlooking the Ubud Jungle!

The entire villa did not disappoint!! It is an idyllic stay and met all our expectations and more. Esa was an extremely good villa manager and was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay over WhatsApp. We tried every option of breakfast available during our stay which always started the day with our stomachs full and ready for the activities of the day. Esa also put us in contact with Wayang (the driver) who was extremely knowledgeable about the area and showed us a wide range of eateries around the area.

Exceptional

The villa is in a wonderful location away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud central but still with easy accessibility by car. The house is very serene, surrounded by stunning rainforest. All the staff are exceptional in their care and kindness towards their guests. The interior of the house is cosy and comfortable despite its large size. It has 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 on each level with comfy queen sized beds. The kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining are on top level and a 2nd living/lounge tv room on the lower floor. The kitchen is a great size and well supplied for cooking. Villa Naga is perfect for friends, families or couples, who want to enjoy communal time together as well as having space to enjoy quiet time in your own quarters as each level has a beautiful open balcony with relaxing chairs and lounges. Each room also has its own bathroom and walk-in robe. The house is very private and located by a local village and is perfect for travellers wanting a quiet, serene escape to recharge. The pool is stunning, we enjoyed early morning and evening swims daily. We were also very fortunate to enjoy breakfast each morning, with coffee and freshly squeezed juice. There were 3 breakfast options which can be pre-booked the day before - either delicious fluffy pancakes with fruits; an American breakfast (eggs of choice, grilled tomatoes, spinach etc) or traditional Balinese breakfast. We booked a wonderful Balinese banquet for lunch (can book for lunch or dinner) which was wonderful value. Esa, the guest manager is extremely friendly and helpful, and wonderful at assisting us with a driver and arranging in-house massages which were excellent quality and value. We enjoyed these on the tranquil outdoor balcony . Highly recommend this property to those who appreciate serenity, warm hospitality from local people and who want a private getaway surrounded by the magical surroundings of nature. A true gem. Nb.

perfect place

this place is amazing, really l, especially if you want to live in jungle or local village , but not to far from city. The owner nice and friendly and stuff super helpful, super nice communication and fast💚 and rooms, kitchen, balcony- super nice, You can feel wonderful natural vibe! Thank You!

A Villa in the Jungle that has great staff, facilities and views.

This is an amazing villa, my sisters stayed previously for 3 days but wanted to stay longer, so we stayed for 7 nights and we would have happily stayed another 7. The Villa is well-maintained, beds are comfortable, plenty of seating area upstairs and by the pool and the manager and staff are excellent. The aesthetic of the property is amazing, however there are a lot of stairs. Esa the manager is a wealth of information and suggestions and is always keen to please his guests, his Indonesian breakfast is the best and Made's Cold Jasmine Tea is fantastic! We got delayed coming through immigration and the Villa manager and staff still welcomed us, even though it was 3am. The village basically services the villa, the 3 permanent staff members are all local, 2 housekeepers and a gardener. The village has a taxi service that can do reasonably priced trips into town, the local masseuses are amazing and the chef is Made's husband Ray who is an excellent cook and has some reasonably priced set menu's. I recommend booking the chef in advance. We did get some GoJek a couple of nights from Ubud (pizza) but it will be cold by the time it reaches the Villa, so be prepared to go out, cook your self (which is totally possible, there is a well-equipped kitchen) or get the chef in. The property is beautifully maintained and has the most spectacular views of the jungle where we happily watched monkeys amongst the trees. We can't wait to return.

There are a lot of stairs over 3 floors. The bar by the pool could have had some cutting utensils or cocktail-making equipment and a stash of ice. That is all I can think of!

Unbelievable - truly special

I have been to many places all around the world, in fact, I have rated many forms of accommodation in all those locations. I think this is the first place I've given a 10! So congratulations. You house is just immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this little piece of heaven. Just amazing. A beautiful house a few kilometres outside of Ubud, set across three separate levels amongst lush jungle, this place is everything you want it to be and then so much more. Nothing else to be added other than 'just go there'.

We had one of the most memorable stays ever!

If I was to describe our entire experience at Naga Putih, after 3 days I would still be writing this review, but I will try to summarize it somehow. I wanted to wait a couple of days to write this review as I wanted to be as accurate as possible, so here it is. We were a young group of 8, we stayed for 7 nights, and we had one of the most incredible vacations ever. The villa is amazing, a masterpiece. You will have a sense of Balinese and South-East Asian architecture with modern facilities, you can't ask for more. We were discussing between ourselves what is missing in the villa and we couldn't find anything. Lots of spaces to chill and relax, great bedrooms all of them in different styles with ensuites, and to top everything an amazing surround system which you can play both in the villa and at the pool area. The views are literally to die for, the pictures don't do justice. You are in the middle of the jungle, in the heart of nature and we were lucky enough to spot monkeys as well. Now, an oustanding building is nothing without its soul, which are the people and here is where our entire experience started. I want to say a big THANK YOU, to Esa who is an amazing young man, he took care of us like no other. He arranged everything for us, transfers, taxi, excursions, massages, drinks, meals, you name it, EVERYTHING!! He was the core of our holiday. We were 8, so you can imagine we all had different expectations and requirements. He made it look so simple and he met all of our expectations with maximum professionalism, most of us worked or still working in hospitality and travelled a lot, but we were blown away by his professionalism. We had breakfast every day, with natural juices, coffee, everything very tasty. The staff at the villa are amazing people, and they were like our little family during our stay. Thank you again, everyone! We are already planning our next visit to Naga Putih so, can't wait to meet everyone again.

An incredible stay in this Villa with some misadventures ...

Positive points: - Very nice villa with very friendly and professional crew members (except Essa, the staff manager). - We had the chance to see some monkeys playing in the trees around us while taking our breakfast. For the negative points, I'm starting to write them here because not everything fits in the "What didn't you like" part. Negative points: - I think you should hire a new staff manager. While checking in we were told that he was available 24/7 and that we could call him anytime if we were facing any problems or issues. The first night, we came back from Ubud and the first thing that we wanted to do before sleeping was taking a shower. This was not possible because there was no more water coming out of the tap. We contacted Essa (Staff Manager) but without any response... After that, we texted one of the crewmembers (Kadek) who answered immediately and solved the problem around 4 am (very professional from him). The second night, we had the same issue (AGAIN...) and as usual we didn't get any response from the staff manager until 9 am. As compensation, we received each a free massage and bacon for breakfast. To be followed in the "What didn't you like" part ....

The last night, we went to town to grab some cash in order to pay the extras for the check out that was the next morning. At the ATM we were debited several million but the money never came out of the ATM. That's why we called the staff manager to help us. Instead of coming to town and help us, he told us that it was better to wait till the next morning and that he would come with us to the bank in order to solve the problem. The next morning, my friend went to the bank BUT WITHOUT the staff manager...(he did not keep his promise). Furthermore that same night, we were facing another issue. We left without our keys because we were in a rush. When coming back, we wanted to enter the Villa but this was not possible anymore. Everything was locked... The crewmembers locked every door for prevention. (that's very professional from them). To try to solve this we called the staff manager (more than 10 times). As usual, we didn't receive any response. Our last solution was to climb the wall. Luckily, the gardener, who heard us opened us the door. To conclude I made some recommendations in order to improve the stay of your next guests. -Think twice before continuing to work with your actual staff manager. -Make the payment for the extra's also possible with a credit card... not only cash. Because we had several times issues with banks in Bali. -Heat the pool sometimes, we only swam once because it was too cold. Kind regards, CA

因为入住的几天晚上都下大暴雨，风吹得门窗框框作响，晚上有各种鸟叫声比较吵人，这些因素会有点影响休息，主要因为我们去的时候是雨季，这个季节的另一个影响是游泳池水太冷了。

Мы в восторге от этой виллы! Ощущение что вы в джунглях, из-за отдаленности и уединения, для нас это был большой плюс побыть в тишине. Для большой семьи это действительно находка. В каждой спальне есть душ, санузел, что очень удобно. Виллу ежедневно убирают и меняют полотенца. Можно заказывать завтраки, но заранее обговаривать время и меню. На ужин ездили в город, но когда захотели вечером ужинать на вилле, для нас организовали ужин на месте, все было вкусное и свежее. Очень удобно, что к вилле прикреплен личный автомобиль, хорошего качества. Стоимость приемлемая., можно использовать на целый день. Очень приветливый персонал. Все вопросы готовы сразу решать. У нас остались положительные впечатления от этого замечательного места и менеджмента, который все организовывает на высоте.

Не работал в одной из спален кондиционер, но эту проблему персонал решил на следующий день.
