Oman and Maddi were lovely. Cooked delicious breakfast for us all. Kept the property immaculate.
Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool.
Fantastic in house chef, Ray. We had to have two nights in a row. Locally sourced ingredients. Crispy duck was my favourite. Definitely the best meal we had in Bali.
Could not fault the property or the staff. Would highly recommend.

各个房间配置合理,适合朋友一起出游。植被茂盛但是没有蚊子,可以俯瞰山谷,周围绿树环绕,非常适合度假。管家Esa和他的团队提供了完美的服务,早餐非常好吃!

Positive points:
- Very nice villa with very friendly and professional crew members (except Essa, the staff manager).
- We had the chance to see some monkeys playing in the trees around us while taking our breakfast.
For the negative points, I'm starting to write them here because not everything fits in the "What didn't you like" part.
Negative points:
- I think you should hire a new staff manager. While checking in we were told that he was available 24/7 and that we could call him anytime if we were facing any problems or issues.
The first night, we came back from Ubud and the first thing that we wanted to do before sleeping was taking a shower. This was not possible because there was no more water coming out of the tap. We contacted Essa (Staff Manager) but without any response... After that, we texted one of the crewmembers (Kadek) who answered immediately and solved the problem around 4 am (very professional from him).
The second night, we had the same issue (AGAIN...) and as usual we didn't get any response from the staff manager until 9 am. As compensation, we received each a free massage and bacon for breakfast.
To be followed in the "What didn't you like" part ....
The last night, we went to town to grab some cash in order to pay the extras for the check out that was the next morning. At the ATM we were debited several million but the money never came out of the ATM. That's why we called the staff manager to help us. Instead of coming to town and help us, he told us that it was better to wait till the next morning and that he would come with us to the bank in order to solve the problem. The next morning, my friend went to the bank BUT WITHOUT the staff manager...(he did not keep his promise). Furthermore that same night, we were facing another issue. We left without our keys because we were in a rush. When coming back, we wanted to enter the Villa but this was not possible anymore. Everything was locked... The crewmembers locked every door for prevention. (that's very professional from them). To try to solve this we called the staff manager (more than 10 times). As usual, we didn't receive any response. Our last solution was to climb the wall. Luckily, the gardener, who heard us opened us the door.
To conclude I made some recommendations in order to improve the stay of your next guests.
-Think twice before continuing to work with your actual staff manager.
-Make the payment for the extra's also possible with a credit card... not only cash. Because we had several times issues with banks in Bali.
-Heat the pool sometimes, we only swam once because it was too cold.
