The home also features a covered front porch - the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

The beach is a short walk to the west, allowing you to spend your days searching for shells, flying kites, or just strolling together at sunset. Take a walk into downtown Seaside along the Promenade, which is also a few blocks west, and make a stop at the Seaside Aquarium (three-quarters of a mile north). Or, take a short drive north to the Seaside Outlet Mall (two miles north) to do a little shopping.

I've stayed at Vacasa property rentals a lot, so has my family. This property I've stayed at 2x in the last few months as well as another during that time frame. This unit has declined in cleanliness substantially. Food and ants on the floor, fingerprints covering the doors, stains, food splattered on the ceiling. The windows on the downstairs floor were all unlocked, the bar that keeps the sliding glass door open wasn't secure when I arrived leaving it unsecured on my first trip here in March. The code hadn't been changed since my last trip to this rental and there is not a way to secure the code pad lock. Anyone can reuse that code and come into the unit from past rentals. I didn't feel safe and the cleanliness of this and other Vacasa seaside rentals has notably declined and in Covid no less. They up charge for amenities but the propane tank was out of the fire pit and I've had to apply extra cleaning when checking in lately. Still recommend but have realistic expectations.
