This spacious home in Seaside has it all! Plenty of entertainment options, a separate detached studio unit, and plenty of space for as many as nine guests and two dogs, everyone will have a fantastic time here.
Located just 100 yards (a two-minute walk) east of the Promenade and easy beach access, this home is in an ideal spot for guests to take advantage of everything Seaside has to offer. You could take a quick half-mile walk down the Promenade to reach the downtown area, which has many restaurants, ample shopping, and other activities such as an aquarium and a carousel. Elsewhere around town are more attractions, though you could also take a quick 25-minute drive north to historic Astoria or a 15-minute drive south to either the fantastic Ecola State Park or to the charming city of Cannon Beach.
This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home is actually one full house and a separate, detached studio unit above the garage which would be great for a couple or a few teenagers to enjoy a little extra privacy. Throughout the houses, you will have plenty of entertainment options including WiFi access, cable TV, DVD players and movies to watch, board games, a foosball table, and even a garage that has been converted into a game room complete with Ping-Pong, seating, and more.
The main house has a full kitchen, living room with a cozy gas fireplace, and a dining area. There are also two queen bedrooms. In the separate studio you will find a twin-size bed, so a total of nine guests will be very comfortable here - you're even welcome to bring along up to two dogs with you, though a nightly fee per dog and a minimum fee per stay will apply. Outside is an enormous enclosed back yard with a large deck, fire pit! Additional amenities include a laundry area, two adult-size bicycles, sand toys, beach chairs, and more, so you're sure to have an amazing time here!

House was tidy, hot tub was clean and perfect temperature. Out door fire place did not work, washer wouldn’t spin properly kept on acting like load was not even which it was and it was a smaller load too. We would have liked to have some extra blankets as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay especially being so close to the ocean.

Property was clean and in a nice neighborhood with easy beach access. The Internet does not work in the studio above the garage. They advertise a bbq but there was no propane. The pans in the kitchen are garbage and should be replaced. It sleeps nine but eight of those people need to be ok sharing a bed. Overall it was ok especially for the price.

The house and Loft above the garage are nice. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and having at home Breakfast/Lunch/Dinners. The living room is comfy. Bedrooms nice sized. Bathrooms are good as well. Having a laundry rooms is nice. Hot tub was great, plenty warm! Internet is more than fast enough. The location of the house to the beach is awesome! Walking to the beach is more then doable, especially during the busy days where the parking is full. The purple chairs in the living room were not there when we stayed there. They may have been moved elsewhere by previous tenants, I guess. The place was clean, except the floor in the kitchen area felt a little sticky. The loft is great for teenagers, not so for kids under 12. Also, the loft could use a Roku as well. The loft tv didn't have an antenna for over the air tv channels. The coffee pot is non-Keurig coffee. This is fine, just would have liked to know in the description so we could be better prepared. The utility box outside the garage appears to have been broken into, or an attempt to open it appears to have been made. The grill needs new burner tubes. The burner tubes currently in the grill are damaged and leaking near the gas entry points of the tubes. Might want to replace, if you have a Home Depot nearby. I didn't look at what model grill was there so not putting it in here.Yes, we could stay here again if and when we visit Seaside again! Thank you for our stay.Best Regards,Bob, Genny and family!

Location and price were great so we were satisfied. Just like every other coast rental. Run down and needs updating and repairs Musty smells and cobwebs and mold and rustBathroom Doors are broken Hot tub was dirty water and full of sandHot tub wasnt working and had to get service guy out. He half fixed it but jets were weak and heater went out so it was just a warm tubSlider doesn't lock. All the same complaints as other reviews so i guess they dont care too much about what you say about itAll in all. Its still good price and proximity. Would not stay here again
