Just steps to the beach access, this home is ready for you to enjoy your beach getaway, now. Up the stairs and into the great room where the living room, dining room, kitchen combo is all open and great for entertaining, and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a large covered deck that is accessible from the living room, great for enjoying the cool sea breeze and sunsets. (Deck furniture stored in garage and will be out, seasonally) The dining table seats 6 with 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv. The bathroom has a tub shower combo. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed set (2 twin beds) and a full size futon. The third upstairs bedroom has a full size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a bathroom that has a shower There is also a foosball table in the downstairs common area sectioned off in the garage. Parking for 3 Vehicles MUST BE 25+ TO RENT - NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY
May bring up to 2 pets only with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee per pet. Will not accept more than 2 pets.

This beach house was great and accommodated 9 adults and 2 kids. 3 minute walk to the beach which was nice. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and close to seaside activities. Only complaint is the beds are super uncomfortable.

We had a nice time in Seaside. However, this property was NOT super clean. The trash can was over full and smelly when we arrived. Which I did let the them know. Also, towels were still in the dryer so luckily we did find them. There was also a chicken and mashed potatoes dinner plate left in the oven we found on day three, we couldn’t figure where the smells were coming from until we needed to use the oven. Oh, and there was laundry left in the washer, found on the last day as we were starting dirty laundry, so gross! The guide book was lost at first, because it was on top the fridge, weird stuff like that. But overall we didn’t let it ruin our vacation experience. You decide?
