Enjoy this fully restored classic beach house in a quiet Seaside neighborhood. Two short blocks to the beach, the Ocean House features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus two other sleeping areas to comfortably accommodate up to nine friends or family members. It's warm and cozy with a high efficiency furnace plus new electric fireplace. You’ll find queen beds in the master bedroom and second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. For your enjoyment after days on the beach, the house features a media room with new 50'' flat screen LED TV with Apple TV and Netflix for movie nights.
The house is fully restored in salvage fir & pine wood and it features a new kitchen and bathrooms as well as a new heating system, natural latex mattresses, and eco-friendly building materials for exceptional indoor air quality and comfort. This spacious, light-filled house is ideal as a retreat space, for family gatherings, or anytime the ocean beckons.
Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood just off the southern side of Seaside’s historic oceanside Promenade, the house is ideal for beach time, nearby golf, surfing at “the Cove,” and hiking Tillamook Head. For family fun, just a half mile away is Seaside’s famous Broadway Street of souvenir shops, bumper cars, cafes, and arcades.

Charming cottage with lovely bedrooms with nice operating windows. Comfortable furniture. Great AC/heating. Nice quiet location in seaside that’s still centrally located. Great off-street parking.

We loved this house. It was in a great location with lots of room. Everything worked great and there were lots of everything in the house. I highly recommend this house for groups of 6 or even a with a couple of children. The only problem was that the bathrooms had no grab bars for disabled.

The location (near beach and town center) was best part of the Vrbo. Easy walk to both.
Host was easy to communicate with.
Very quiet location.
However, the house is "rustic" with a splash of retro. In desperate need of a refresh.
Although dwelling was clean, all towels had the soured smell and one even had a urine smell. We washed and dried them all 3 consecutive times which helped. One queen bed sunk in the middle. The 2 twin beds were comfortable but the box springs were extremely squeaky and could be heard in the other bedrooms when occupant rolled over. The Jack & Jill bathroom shower sprayed everywhere from the shower engage knob when it was pulled up. Very limited closet space to hang clothes.
The value received fell short of the price paid.
