The host was very welcoming. Texted with important updates and also very fast to respond to inquiries during visit. All amenities were in good shape. All spaces were spotless and comfortable.

We found this property exactly as presented in the website. Everywhere in the house was very clean and well maintained, as well as the surrounding property. We ate in much of the time and was very happy with how well supplied the kitchen was with cookery, utensils, dishes. The family enjoyed the use of the hot tub, which was clean and easy to use. We especially enjoyed the fire pit to sit around, visit, and recap our days. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with Beachy Pine and look forward to visiting again.

Awesome property! It was beautiful and clean, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The only reason I didn’t do five stars was the paperwork you have to fill out prior to your stay. I’ve never had to fill out names and ages of all those staying at the property as well as vehicles and licenses plates and pet paperwork. It just seemed like a bit of overkill. The hosts were very communicative and kind.
