This I the perfect house location for a beach vacation. 2 blocks away is beach access with a long walkway to the sand - great for pulling a toddler wagon. We went crabbing off the 12th St bridge which is 2 blocks the other direction. The house has everything you might need from umbrellas to beach towels. It’s very well maintained and the gourmet kitchen is fabulous. The bedrooms are all en suite and well furnished. Ample parking provided. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We hope to stay at Summer House again!

Of the 10 visits to Seaside, this 6/6 house is the best. Great rooms for 6 adults or 6 couples. All rooms have their own BR. The kitchen is a chef’s delight very well equipped. The location is lovely because it’s quieter toward the ends of the town but easy access to Broad street and the beach. I highly recommend it.
