However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!
"NAVIGATION POINT at Seaside Beach" is a beautifully unique ocean front home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home has it all! It is perfect for families, friends, work retreats- whatever you might need. This home is just feet from the beach and located on the north side of Seaside. This home is equipped with a double oven, 2 extra large sub zero refrigerators, a plate warmer and all of the works. In the center of the living room is a large stone wood burning fireplace- Great for chilly Oregon Coast evenings while watching the sunset from the living room. Enjoy panoramic views from the living room and dining room, or walk out onto the deck. The master bathroom has an over sized walk in tile shower for two, along with his and her closets. There is one bedroom downstairs, one on the main floor, two upstairs, and full bathrooms on each level. There is also a private office off the kitchen and master bedroom. Upstairs you will find an over sized living room for your family to enjoy watching movies, playing video games, or staring at the beach. Outside you can enjoy a fire pit and a quick walk to the beach!

Things I loved…the view first of all. The inside of the home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen and first floor bedroom and bathrooms had phenomenal cabinetry, the kitchen refrigerator and separate freezer and wine frig were huge, the dining room table fit all of us, the living furniture was very comfortable and good quality, the art pieces, pottery and photos around the home were interesting and beautiful. Things that need to be addressed….the fan, as well of one of the lights on the stove doesn’t work, the lock on the main shower doesn’t lock, the outside electrical outlet doesn’t work, none of the showers contained any shampoo or conditioner, the quality of the paper products did not suit the quality of the home , and the biggest complaint, because we are a family that enjoys cooking and eating together was the dishwasher. It has power, but no water. Washing, drying and putting away 10 dishes every night was not a great start to the evening. I mentioned that the inside of the house was spotless, but the two outside grills did not share this distinction. They were filthy. The greatest joy however was the fire pit, which we used and loved.

Was a beautiful place and an amazing location. So nice that they also allowed pets. Only thing that could be improved is it wasn’t particular well stocked. Plenty of things to get by in the kitchen, but not many extra towels or blankets. Overall an incredible stay though, would absolutely go back!

While the quirky fun character of the house was enjoyable, the ocean view is the reason we didn't want to leave. We lost count of our beach walks on Day 3. Can't wait to come back.
