Of the 10 visits to Seaside, this 6/6 house is the best. Great rooms for 6 adults or 6 couples. All rooms have their own BR. The kitchen is a chef’s delight very well equipped. The location is lovely because it’s quieter toward the ends of the town but easy access to Broad street and the beach. I highly recommend it.

We celebrated several happy occasions this year with a trip to Seaside - 6 adults and 4 grandkids (ages 10-19). The location was wonderful - at the north end of the Prom, close to beach access and about a 15-20 minute walk to the main street, Broadway.
Because the house is located at the end of the Prom, the area is very quiet with not much traffic or people walking around. Our grandkids are old enough to go out on their own, which they did (walked to the downtown area, played volleyball on the beach, etc.).
The house is old but there is plenty of room; every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen is fully stocked. All 10 of us could sit at the dining room table without being crowded. Every drawer and light switch is labeled so it made looking for things very easy.
There are a few steps to navigate on the first floor but stairs aren't a problem for our crew. The deck is lovely, we barbequed one of our meals, and some of us enjoyed the hot tub. There are two refrigerators which made storing our food very easy.
The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't a place to set up a card table for playing games, bridge, doing a puzzle, etc. We weren't there long enough for it to be an issue for us but if that's an important thing to anyone, I couldn't figure out where to set up a card table and chairs.
The house was clean and the owner is very responsive. We made lasting memories for our family.

The house was perfect for our needs. There were three couples and three teenage children. Everyone had their own space and the dining area was large enough for us to gather for meals. The proximity to the handicapped beach access was nice as my husband had recent knee replacement. The promenade walkway into town was close and great for morning and evening walks. We would love to stay there again.

This was my fourth year spending my birthday at this Seaside getaway! My whole family looks forward to the location every year! Each room is beautifully decorated and has its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have sitting rooms; one of these rooms has a day-bed with a pull-out bed, which was perfect for a 3-year-old. When it comes to kid's stuff, the house comes complete with a high chair, pack'n'play, wagon, beach towels, and sand toys.
The kitchen is perfect for a family reunion or getaway with a fully stocked kitchen. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cookie sheets, serving dishes, silverware, placemats, and kitchen utensils. We love the double ovens and often use both at the same time! For the fair weather visits, there is a barbecue on the deck (we cooked burgers one day and steaks the next). The kitchen has plenty of barbecue utensils.
The living room has comfortable seating for 6+. The dining room comfortably seats 14 people (12 at the dining room table). This is a comfortable space with a window seat and a cozy gas fireplace. We ate meals and played games in the dining room.
The neighborhood is quiet and only a couple of easy blocks from the beach. It is just a short drive from downtown Seaside.
We always have a lovely time in this vacation home! We cannot recommend it enough!
