KING TIDE LOOKOUT at Seaside Beach: The beach is calling! Come and enjoy family gatherings on the Oregon Coast or just a weekend getaway! This home is just one house back from the Prom, and a short walk to Downtown Seaside. Take in the breathtaking views from the top floor of the home, where you can watch the king tides in the winter and sunsets in the summer. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on cool nights. The large deck is great for taking in the sites and time with family and friends. There is a second living room space off the bunk room, with a kitchenette. Great for multigenerational families. 2785 sq feet single family home, sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. As a brand new addition, enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard!
Hot tub coming soon! - We are in the process of adding a hot tub to the property. While we do not have a guaranteed installation date set, we are estimating it will be ready by July. Please feel free to reach out with questions about the tub.

Maximum Vehicles : 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)

The King Tide Lookout is an excellent location. Walkable to downtown and the beach. Ocean views from the main living area. The house has tons of space and is very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Onsite parking is a bonus. Would love to stay here again.

The house was very spacious and the view from the living room was amazing. Access to the ocean were steps away. Also, I love the idea of parking off of the street. We have two young grandchildren that went with us (party of 7 all together) and I have to call out the fact that the carpet had lots of spots. I didn't think anything of it until the next day upon our arrival, we placed a very thin blanket on the floor for our 7 month old grandchild to crawl around, and when I got on the ground with her, I noticed there was a damp area on the carpet reeked of urine. Disgusting! Immediately I reached out to property management and spoke to Brandon. I asked if the previous occupants had a dog/pet there because of what we experienced and all of the spots? He confirmed that the homeowners were there previously and that they do not have a dog. However, when the maintenance guy came to clean the spot(s), he informed me that the homeowner DOES have a dog and that it's over due to replace the carpets. I appreciated him acknowledging this. By the way there were framed pictures and pillows with dog prints all over the home. Another call out is the thermostat kept the upper level of the home very comfortable but did not offer the same comfort for the downstairs area (which is where 2 of the 3 bedrooms are) and the playhouse. The difference in temperature was approx. 15-20 degrees.
