With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to nine guests, this well-appointed home is ideal for families or groups looking to stay close to the ocean while enjoying plenty of room to spread out.
Inside, the main level offers a bright, comfortable gathering space with a cozy living room, a streaming-ready TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with island seating for casual meals. The dining area easily brings everyone together, while thoughtful touches like an EV charger, beach toys, and a Pack 'n Play add convenience for every kind of traveler. Upstairs, multiple guest rooms provide restful retreats, including a king bedroom with a small balcony offering a peek of the ocean.
Whether you're starting your day with coffee and coastal air or winding down after a beach adventure, Sand Dollar delivers an easy, elevated stay just moments from the shore.
If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 5pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 12pm(3/15-10/31)
Please note that the grill will only be available for use from May to September.
Maximum Vehicles Allowed (must park onsite): 3
