About this house rental
Enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast in a newer, nice home. Watch the golfers. Enjoy the views of Tillamook Head and the Coast Range. Take a 1/4 mile walk to the beach, the local grocery store or the local pub. Ride our beach cruisers on the prom. It's only ~1 mile into town for additional shopping and dining. Enjoy the beach, go clamming and watch the sunset. Challenge yourself on the 9 hole golf course. Watch one of the >100 movies we have on hand or Play Pool or Ping Pong. I also have some older Nintendo games. Please scroll down to see the other amenities I have to offer.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are upstairs. We have a queen in the master, a queen and a full size futon in the 2nd bedroom, a queen and twin trundle beds in the 3rd bedroom and a small office office area.
I also have a crib, a pack-n-play and 2 high chairs.
Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 11AM, but this is flexible depending upon other bookings.
Parking is only allowed in the garage or driveway (3 spaces). I have had many guests ignore this rule resulting in neighbors calling the city to complain and the city threatening to revoke my license. I have had to include a refundable $200 parking fee to help enforce this rule. If I don't get a call from the city, this will be refunded.
NOTE: I do allow pets, but they CANNOT be left unattended and uncrated on the property. Please bring a crate or kennel and use it if you need to leave your pet alone. There is also a non-refundable pet fee.

Perfect size and location for our family! All of us had a great time on the beautiful Oregon Coast.

The pictures of house need to be updated. There are no bunk beds which disappointed our 2 grandsons. There are some things they should mention with it being on the golf course. The small back yard you need to be careful being out there due to stray golf balls flying into the yard. One missed my grandson by inches. We didn't go out there after that. Also, it needs some house updates, mattress in one bedroom very old, screen on slider broken, upstairs fan in bathroom never shut off, rusty outdoor patio furniture and the inside around the island in the kitchen smells like animal urine. No parking was a bummer too. The ad states 3 cars max, but it is really only 2. The lay out of the house was nice and the location, but don't think we would stay there again.
