Fully furnished with linens and bath towels. Sink into the cozy living room furniture and watch your favorite TV shows on the NEW 65" smart flat screen TV with Youtube tv included. Enjoy playing board games with the kids, and free WIFI. The downstairs master bedroom has a new smart flat screen tv, electric fireplace/stove and adjoining bath with a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, cookware and dishes. Drip and Kuerig coffee pots. 2nd downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. Enclosed Sunporch with wicker furniture, plus deck in front, deck in back with outdoor furniture and propane BBQ. Outdoor shower off the deck to wash off sand after a day enjoying the beach! Parking for 3 cars. The driveway has been widened but still be careful not to hit the neighbors fence.

House was super cute, convenient location good parking and well stocked. Gets pretty hot upstairs with it being an old house. I dont think theres AC up there but they do equip you with a lot of fans. Not a 5 because that and one couch smelled like feet pretty bad and hot tub had a bunch of sand in it. Everything else was great!

Property needs a deep cleaning, dusting, furnace cleaning and much of the home needed basic maintenance. All bathrooms on the main floor made it difficult for older individuals.
Nice location, quiet, space for gathering.
