The knotty pine charm adds to the beach cottage vibe where you will also find lots of unique curiosities and antiques. We are just 1/2 from the Prom and beach access. The back deck boasts Large Hot Tub, built in seating and dining table, Propane BBQ Grill, and Outdoor Shower just off the deck. Fully furnished with linens and bath towels. Sink into the cozy living room furniture and watch your favorite TV shows on the NEW 65" smart flat screen TV with Youtube TV included. Enjoy playing board games with the kids, or have a blast playing the full size retro Pac-Man or the Mortal Combat video arcade games. Free WIFI 500MPS.
The downstairs Queen bedroom has a new smart flat screen tv, electric fireplace/stove and adjoining bath with a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, cookware and dishes, drip coffee maker and and Kuerig coffee pot. 2nd downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. Sunporch with wicker furniture is completely enclosed, and just in front of that is the additional outdoor deck in front Parking for 3 cars. The driveway has been widened but still, please be careful not to hit the neighbors fence. Thank you! We look forward to seeing you soon.

This cottage is so cute and cozy! We loved the vintage feel. Everything was very clean and in great repair, and what needed to be modern (ie, appliances) was. We didn't end up using the hot tub, so can't report on that. I will note that I don't recommend using the water-closet style pull-chain toilet in the middle of the night, it will wake people up.

House was super cute, convenient location good parking and well stocked. Gets pretty hot upstairs with it being an old house. I dont think theres AC up there but they do equip you with a lot of fans. Not a 5 because that and one couch smelled like feet pretty bad and hot tub had a bunch of sand in it. Everything else was great!

Property needs a deep cleaning, dusting, furnace cleaning and much of the home needed basic maintenance. All bathrooms on the main floor made it difficult for older individuals.
Nice location, quiet, space for gathering.
