This house has beautiful plantings, an outdoor kitchen, and a large backyard leading down to the Necanicum river. There are many rooms for gathering or having some quiet time alone. Only 5 blocks to the center of town.

House features a fully equipped big & bright kitchen with a breakfast bar, formal dining room, large living room, library, wraparound enclosed front porch.
Sleep soundly in the comfortable beds, high quality linens and crisp duvets filled with down comforters. Lay your head on a freshly pressed pillowcase, open the window and inhale the fresh ocean air.
Watch the sun sparkle over the river from the deck or enjoy the large yard with a fire pit. Enjoy a book in the library, play board games or just relax in one of the four uniquely decorated bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 12.

I have been renting vacation houses for years and this was absolutely the best experience. The house was very comfortable and extremely well stocked with everything you can think of. The hosts were very easy to connect with and very responsive. There were no negatives to our experience. My friends and I would ( and will) rent this property again.

House was very clean. In all the years we've been renting vacation houses, this was by far the best equipped. Beautiful house, close to all activities for kids and adults alike. Would recommend for anyone!

This is what 5 star is! The property was very well kept and the attention to detail was impressive. So well stocked and provided everything we needed and more. Beth was wonderful to work with. We enjoyed everything about our stay.
