The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. There was also no welcome note or guest instructions at the place when we arrived. There was no toaster, but had every other appliance…It seemed like. We had to call and ask for more hand towels, and dishwasher tabs to start the dishwasher. Great location to the beach! Very walkable to downtown! My biggest complaints are the upstairs noise and the dirty floors.

The place we had was great. Entrance was a bit weird - felt a bit outdated, but once we entered the condo, it was lovely. Can see the beach on a clear day. I think the sitting arrangement (only one couch) was a bit of a bummer. Not a lot of room for 4 adults in the living space (we had a bar for eating, not a table) - sat on bar stools and desk chair most of the time. Rooms were great.
Roof top deck was great. Outdoor furniture should probably be wiped off.
Overall, we loved being there and it worked for what we needed. Our parents stayed with us and thoroughly enjoyed the place.

I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great.
