With room to sleep eight guests, two full bathrooms, TVs in the guest bedrooms, a spacious garage, and on-site laundry, you'll have everything you need for an easy, carefree vacation.
When it's time to explore, you're perfectly positioned to experience the best of Seaside. Spend your mornings with a five-minute walk to the beach, then stroll just ten minutes to downtown to discover local shops, restaurants, breweries, and family-friendly attractions. Whether you're building sandcastles, enjoying a sunset walk along the Promenade, or relaxing in the comfort of your private backyard, this home is the perfect place to create lasting coastal memories.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 3pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 10am(3/15-10/31)
Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
