Your family and friends will delight in this immaculate, roomy home with terrific kid-friendly amenities in a residential area on the north end of Seaside. It’s easy walking to both the beach and the estuary, and there’s so much to explore! You’ll love lounging in the spacious living room with its hardwood floors, comfy sofas and TV/DVD. Dining is easy from the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with seating for 12. Outdoors a fully fenced yard will contain the kids while you soak in the hot tub; they can also catch a game of ping-pong or dual-shot basketball arcade in the garage. The clean nautical decor continues in the upstairs, which includes three bedrooms and a landing with a queen futon-sleeper. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king bedroom also has a twin daybed. The large third bedroom has a Queen bed, twin bed, bunk bed with twin on top and full size on the bottom as well as lots of lively kite decor for the kids.
There is no end of outdoor activities from this home. Since the beach is 800 feet away, sandy feet will enjoy the hot-water outdoor shower. You can also access boogie boards, kites, raingear and clamming, fishing or crabbing gear from the garage. Walk to the nearby Necanicum Estuary and watch Great Blue Herons and other birds from the boardwalk and viewing deck. Ready for more? Hop in the car and all the fun activities, shopping and dining in Seaside are open to you and your guests. Time your next visit to the North Oregon Coast for some relaxation at Slack Tide!

Great house for our annual family vacation. Great amenities for humans and dogs alike. Right next to the water treatment plant but fortunately we couldn’t smell it much. Will definitely be staying here again

Our short stay was pleasant until check out. Our main objection is the check-out time. 10:00 a.m. is far too unrealistic with children, particularly because Meredith has so many clean-up tasks required before leaving. The maid was waiting at the door at 10:00 a.m. and Meredith was calling at 10:15. When we booked the room we didn't notice and assumed the check out time was the traditional 11:00 a.m. The location was near a sewage plant and it was a bit stinky at times, although tolerable.

The nearby beach location was far enough from the central/beaten path that we felt like we had the beach to ourselves.Kitchen was very well stocked and nicely laid out, well suited for feeding a large group.
