There was plenty of space
There are not 5 bedrooms. There are 5 beds. This is misleading as 5 couples were expecting privacy with just 4 bedrooms. There were just 3 full bathrooms.

The house was very nice and quite roomy. It was in a great location and good communication with the owners.
The bedrooms were on the cool side and we definitely had to use the extra blankets provided.

The house itself was great, big, with lots of common areas to gather and plenty of parking. It’s walking distance to the promenade and beach, and having a private hot tub was a nice bonus. Loved that there was a washer and dryer so we could wash our towels after the hot tub and showers. The bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh.
The listing advertised 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and a pullout, it was actually 4 bedrooms with a king, 3 queens, and a pullout. The cleanliness was a real issue. Sand and garbage in the couches and hot tub (we never went to the beach, so this was pre-existing), pink mold on the shower curtain upstairs, food residue on dishes in the cupboard, and grime on the walls. The bugs were the worst of it, beetles and spiders throughout, especially downstairs. Separate hot tub towels would have been appreciated too.
