About this house rental
3 BDRM, 3 BTHRM home, 3 blocks from beach. Air Conditioner in 2 upstairs bedrooms & living room. Outdoor sauna. Stocked kitchen, home gym, board games, fenced backyard. Space for kids to play and comfortable sleep. Two separate living rooms great for families and groups.
Stroll the prom into town to visit the arcade or shops. Spend the day at the beach, use the chairs and sand toys. Sit in the sauna. Play board games or watch a movie. Dine together at a table that stretches to fit 9.
King Tide Seaside has plenty of space for everyone!
When you arrive, you will walk up a few stairs onto the front porch before entering the home, greeted by beautiful Hickory hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to host a group dinner, make breakfast for the family or just brew a hot cup of coffee in the morning. There is a Keurig, french press and traditional brew, along with all of your cooking essentials. The dining room table expands to comfortably sit up to 9.
The main living room is created as a space for connection; without the distractions of television or games. With natural light pouring in from the southern facing windows, this seating area is for all to enjoy. Connected to this area is a designated work space, with a sit/stand desk and power supply.
The back living room is where the fun is! With plenty of board and card games, and a home gym with weights and a treadmill, you can have fun with the whole family. Plenty of space to play. It is also where you can have a movie night, with HD TV and a Roku for you to stream using your own credentials.
Bedroom 1 (Whale room) boasts a California King bed, a sitting area that converts into another sleeping area, a massage table, full bathroom with bidet, and ample space with plenty of natural light. Bluetooth speakers and a TV with a DVD player included. Plus, this room has it's own climate control, AC, mini-split.
Bedroom 2 (Dolphin room) has 2 single beds with a dresser, closet, and extra linens and pillows. Air conditioning here! This is also where we store the two additional fold out pads to create additional comfortable sleeping spaces as desired.
Bedroom 3 (Seal room) has a bunk with a single on top, a double on the bottom and a a single trundle bed that pulls out underneath. This room sleeps 4 easily.
There are also two foam pads and an air mattress should groups want to create more sleeping options on floors.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom in the Whale room (bedroom 1) and an additional full bathroom with a tub and shower. Downstairs is the third full bathroom, adjacent to the laundry room with washer and dryer. Three showers with plenty of hot water!
In the garage you will find everything you need for a full day at the beach. We have foam surfboards, boogie-boards, a skim board, beach chairs and sand toys for the little ones. We even have a wagon for your kiddos or convenience. Use at your own risk.

The backyard boasts a barrel sauna. This is one of our favorite features in King Tide.
The yard is fully fenced and offers space to play or let out your pets, of if you just want to hear the waves crashing in the distance.
