Living room has lovely stone featured gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Sliders off the dining room take you to the outdoor deck with outdoor dining set. Great house with great amenities! Very centralized location and easy and walkable access to beach and main street of Seaside. Perfect house for two families with kids. Excellent outdoor deck areas with spacious yard and very nice primary bedroom suite and laundry room. Incredibly accommodating and responsive property managers! We will absolutely be back!!

This home is in great in so many ways; Close to the beach, Easy walk or drive to Broadway, Nice outdoor area, For an older house it's in great condition and looks like it has been refurbished recently, Plenty of household items such as dishes, utensils, towels, etc. for our group of nine. Everything about this house we were very happy with except the bed my wife and I slept in. (The room with only a queen bed.) The mattress was really saggy and the frame or springs were really squeaky. Our 18 year-old slept on the bottom bunk bed and had the same complaint. My wife summed up perfectly what I was thinking, "I loved everything about the home but if we can't get a good night's sleep I wouldn't stay there again."

The house is really cute and set up for a family with children. It would have been nice to have beach chairs provided but it wasn't a deal breaker. The neighborhood is quiet and it is 2 blocks from the ocean. It is a short stroll to the boardwalk. I would stay here again.
