PERFECT AND GREAT

When we checked in, the receptionist at the front desk was very enthusiastic. We wanted to eat Chinese food. We asked about the nearby Chinese restaurant, and he recommended his favourite Chinese restaurant and Korean restaurant. We went to 吉百合. The next day, we met him in the elevator and wanted to tell him that the taste was good. Thank you for his recommendation, but we got up too early to go to Disney and forgot to tell him. And I also wanna tell him that 吉 in Chinese means everything goes well and 百合 in Chinese is lily, the flower. Hope him all well as well.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my family(kids) it was really nice hotel,excellent staff

The hotel was new and location was great and the area was really nice. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were specious and new.The staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially the boy his name was (Adel) such a great person and very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Families with kids or without kids.

AC not working, Breakfast not good, but the location and beds are good for 2 days.

The location is not bad, and bed was comfortable, the pillows were too puffy and small.

Was not AC and we can't make it work and it was too hot at night, was very bad sleep like that.

An Exceptional Stay, Unmatched Comfort, Convenience, and Care in Paris

The hotel had exceptional and attentive staff, always prompt in resolving any issues. The rooms were notably spacious, surpassing many 4-star hotels in Paris at the time of booking. It offered all essential facilities, including a fridge, which is often a rare find in Parisian hotels. The breakfast selection was extensive and satisfying. The hotel offered drinking water and cups in each flight which reduces money spent on bottled water for guests like us who had children. The location was ideal, with most major attractions just 20 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower a mere 10-minute drive. The internet speed was impressive, and our room featured a massive TV with everything perfectly in place. The restaurant team went above and beyond by helping us celebrate my 11-year-old son's birthday, making him feel truly special. I will recommend this hotel and will surely stay here if I have the opportunity to visit Paris again.

There is only one manageable downside. A notable area for improvement involves the breakfast options. We typically start our day with fresh fruits, but the breakfast offered processed or preserved fruits, which isn't ideal for health-conscious individuals. Serving fresh fruits would be a better option.

Overall it was a comfortable and restful stay after Disneyland Paris. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights. The check in reception was very different from what we are used to seeing. just 2 high chairs with 2 desks. Very minimal but modern layout. The check in was quick except for one small issue which I will mention in the dislikes. The rooms were very a very decent size. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. The location is very central, 15 min away from the Eiffel tower. We used bolt for getting around and cars were easily available within 5 minutes.

our booking had 2 rooms with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Unfortunately both the rooms were on different floors because of the different bed layout we had requested. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. It was a minor inconvenience and not really the hotel's fault but we did not realize that different room layouts would be on different floors.

A fabulous stay with a great view, lovely food and friendly staff!

A lovely stay for families and couples. The facilities were great and staff were friendly and helpful. Our two young children were entertained with children's area and the lovely magician at breakfast was a great hit. Our room was perfect. The food was great and the view from the rooftop bar was a highlight! We would definitely recommend!

Did not meet standards.

The location was great.

Lack of front desk which made communication difficult. We informed the staff way ahead of time that three of the fours guests have a gluten allergy. They assured us that there would be breakfast options at the buffet. The first day we went, there were no options. The remaining days we were only offered gluten free bread. Additionally, asking guests to make their own eggs is uncomfortable. Many people were reusing the pans and confused as to how to proceed. We should not have been charged $30 per person per day for 5 days for bread. This did not meet our expectations. We selected a suite in order to accommodate four people. The room did not meet our expectations. Overall, a disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel for the price we paid.

Very helpful every time that I have to attend and expo in Palais next door, the service is great, rooms are clean.

The manager at the restaurant in the rooftop is so rude, he didn't care that I was staying in the hotel and literally kicked us out of the restaurant, he didn't want to give a table for dinner. Also the cleaning lady entering my room at 8:30 am while I was sleeping, was very scary, I jumped out of bed.

We didn't take any meals at the hotel so can not comment but were disappointed that the coffee shop was not open.

Truly loved the relaxed welcome but it was confusing that there was no reception desk so difficult to deal with checkin. Also our booking was missing and it took a while to sort it out but the staff handled it well and were helpful and polite whilst we waited.
