Okay but not great.

Location to the exhibition we were attending.

Staff upstairs at the restaurant were lovely but very inexperienced with the exception of a girl named Romaine. Multiple mistakes were made with our order. The price for such a tiny room in a three star hotel with no facilities of room service was pretty outrageous. Upon checking we were also told we were allocated a disability room which meant the bed was extra low to the ground and the bathroom configuration was not helpful.

A fun quirky place that is new and comfortable. Excellent food, but might be a little farther away.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms and Hotel are new and nice/trendy. Temperature in winter felt fine. Showers good. Close to subway, and the restaurants/bakery/cafes nearby were good. I’ve been to the Marseille mama shelter and thought this was a better facility/experience.

I wish there was a separate comment section just for the wifi. Its atrocious. We missed meetups because the wifi was so bad. Basically its an open wifi network (no password) so feels very unsafe. And then to top it off, all of our iOS devices would randomly disconnect every few mins, sometimes alerting us, soemtimes not. I had 1 bar of cell service in the area, and even that was more reliable than the wifi. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR WIFI. The rooms have windows that open which is awesome. I always like fresh air. Wish there was a message/note that if you open the windows, you would get mosquitos in your room (in winter!) that eat at you for the next few days. We got ravaged by mosquitoes. Nights were very painful/stressful due to this. But honestly the bed is super comfortable and I am kinda willing to rate this as much lower importance than the wifi, because I actually opened the windows myself. Just beware is all I will say.

Comfortable room, not ideal on the customer service.

The room was nice, the bed was super comfortable and the sheets were super soft! No complaints on the room itself, we had plenty of space and it was very quiet at night which is a bonus! It has some very quirky features in the room which isn't my usual but it makes it different.

A cleaner had left her phone in my room, using my charger which is a little strange in itself. Walking in without knocking while I was taking a nap after an early start to unplug her phone from my charger! She then went, came back again after knocking twice and again just walking in to leave towels. Both times I was half dressed. We then realised when we left that she had also left some cleaning things in the room. That was all very strange. We also felt the welcome was very cold and there was 0 customer service. We also left at the same time as a fire alarm going off early in the morning so again wasn't ideal with the front desk as they were in panic mode but we were happy that we were awake rather than being woken up by it!

Was nice !

The hotel is beautiful, a bit far from the metro, but the location is very nice, the beds are nice, and the bathroom is very comfortable. What I liked most is that it has a restaurant on the first floor with a terrace where I can enjoy my coffee, and at night, a beautiful terrace upstairs with very friendly staff!

A bit far from the metro, which isn't a big problem. But I didn't like that the hallways didn't have any nightlights. When we told reception that the light was out, they said the bulb had broken. But we were staying on different floors with my friends and family, and none of the hallways had any lights.

Great stay overall

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The only minor downside was that a few basic amenities were missing in the room, such as soap and toiletries, and the minibar was empty. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to note for future guests.

Had a great stay at the hotel. It was close to the event centre which was perfect.

I liked that the hotel was right next to the exhibition venue and very easy to access.

Cool hotel out of the city center but with easy access to the city attractions

Cool, modern hotel in a nice new area of Paris Clean room and with a funky design They also have events, a restaurant and bar that you can enjoy during your stay, although it is also open to everyone.

There were some light signals in the room, like the AC one that we could not turn off and was a little disturbing to sleep Staff is friendly but not very personal.

Overall it was a good experience the rooftop bar and restaurant very nice and friendly atmosphere

Far from central Paris but close to metro so was able to get around the city efficiently, bed and bathroom was clean and room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in and air on was just right.

Had hoped for a kettle and tea bags to make a hot drink in the morning but there was none that was disappointing. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work and we only received one pair of slippers for two people staying in the room.

Great place to stay with amazing food - breakfast

The breakfast was amazing , it included everything we paid extra as we did not have in our package but it is worth it. Highly reccommend also to eat at the restaurant on the top. The service is great , staff is excellent and our room was super clean and nice.
