It was easy. The lockbox is not obvious to see but it’s a safe place.

Directions to the location. The entrance to the apartment is off Skipton Road. The Ripon Road address had myself and those starting slightly confused initially. It takes you to a motor mart! All was fine once we arrived .

Excellent location for visiting Harrogate, York and Ripon. Plenty of easy parking, facilities great, apartment was lovely and warm, lots of hot water for all to shower.

We were prepared for the road noise, it is noticeable depending on how early you go to bed but the ear plugs provided by the host weren’t needed by night 2 as you get used to it.

All communications with host were extremely friendly and helpful.

The location suited the activities we had planned. There was a convenience store within 10 minutes walking distance as well as a couple of takeaway outlets. Excellent parking and easy access was a bonus.

The apartment is sited adjacent to a busy roundabout. Traffic noise at night was an issue but earplugs were thoughtfully available in the bedrooms !

Good communication from the owner, good location and great facilities. I would stay again.

The apartment was on the main road which made it very accessible for me as i had to do some travelling to and from the A1 during the stay and it was very easy to find. The facilities were excellent and the shower was great. It made such a difference having towels and bedding already there and even down to some food items that you use but wouldnt think to pack for the trip. e.g oil, salt etc. The rooms were spacious and it was nice and warm despite not having the heating on.

If i had to make a suggestion it would be to put up a curtain in the living room because the blinds weren't that great at blocking out the light in the morning. The road was quite noisy but the owner did provide some complimentary ear buds but they weren't used as it wasn't so bad that it kept anyone awake.

Overall a lovely break in a comfy apartment in a lovely part of the Country

The location was good for travelling around to other areas. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable containing just what you needed and surprisingly spacious.

The noise from traffic is loud, it is a very busy road used by tractors, hgv’s and buses, at all hours, however, it is in a popular city and we knew this before we stayed and ear plugs are available if required. We didn’t find a problem getting to sleep without earplugs but did find the noise woke us early on a morning but we needed to be up and ready to explore anyway so not really a problem for us on this particular holiday. We tended to find that we got used to it As the days went by.

Pleasant

It was a lovely apartment, very clean, the photos didn't do the apartment justice, it's a lot bigger than you expect. If it wasn't for the constant traffic noise and light it would have been perfect.

The road noise, it is on a roundabout and all windows face onto a busy road. So there was constantly noise from engines, sirens and music playing. Triple glazing would make a huge difference. Also the blinds were very flimsy for such large windows so the rooms didn't get dark.

The apartment was comfortable, stylish and clean. The host was very helpful and responsive. Everything we needed was included.

The noise from the traffic is bad. Earplugs were provided which was great for the adults but our kids are too little for them and they struggled to sleep. The blinds in the bedrooms are poor quality and everyone was waking at 5:30am from the sunlight. Some blackout curtains or better blinds would help.

Superb

The host was very acommodating and friendly. The flat was a perfect base and had all home comforts. It was perfect given current pandemic, that we could be self contained yet able to explore the area. A very good size apartment.
