Brilliant house for group stay in Harrogate

Location was excellent right in the heart of Harrogate. Only 10 minutes from the conference centre which is why we were there, but surrounded by lots of interesting restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and the facilities met all our needs. Communications through the agents were easy and requests were responded to very quickly. Thank you, we had a great time.

The kitchen and fridge were dirty, left over food bits in the salad draw of the fridge and a few hairs and the seal of the fridge was very dirty. Greasy cupboards and the grill pan had left over food stuck to it. Only one bathroom/toilet for 7 guests Only 4 chairs around the dining table.

The perfect house for a Harrogate weekend!

The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends. The lounge / dinning room was homely. The kitchen had everything (and more) we needed and we all had lovely, comfy bedrooms. The location is amazing, very central with Bettys just across the road. We will definitely book again!

Brilliant home from home. Highly recommend.

Property couldn’t be better placed, excellent location 2min walk and you have all the restaurants/bars, 5 mins to bus station. Really cozy and had everything you could need. Definitely a home from home. Kathy left us a welcome card and gift which was such a lovely gesture. The shower was great and always hot water even with 5 adults using. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need if you were eating in. We ate out all the time so only used the kettle 😀. Would highly recommend, infact if Kathy will allow us we are going to look to book next year.

Stylish decor with lovely arty touches. Very central. Comfortable beds with stylish bedding. Enjoyed time spent in the house.

Fantastic location

It is an absolutely amazing location. It could not be anymore central. A 1 minute walk to loads of restaurants and shops. Just off behind the main road but it was really quiet. The drive has parking for 2 vehicles which was also really handy as parking can be expensive. The kitchen was very modern and lovely to use. The lounge very comfortable and the TV was very high quality (2 TVs in the bedrooms weren't tuned in) The house was very clean and comfortable and overall very nicely decorated. Overall a lovely house.

Overall it was really good but there are some little things that can be improved which would make it perfect. The lights in double bedroom on 1st floor only had 2 in 5 working bulbs. Double on 2nd floor also had a bulb out. Rugs placed in two main double bedrooms that made it difficult to open the door and get in and out of the room and were a trip hazard. Only 4 mugs and 4 chairs which isn't very good considering it was a house for 7 people. There are only 4 of us but there's no chance of using the dishwasher as you only had one lot of everything. Only one bathroom and toilet for a 4 bedroom house that sleeps 7 is a bit of a nightmare. Even with only 4 people it was a pain and a second toilet/bathroom would be far better. I'm sure converting the single room would make it far more appealing for a larger group.

Fantastic location, really clean and comfortable and plenty of space.

One minor detail: we couldn’t all have a brew at the same time as there wasn’t enough mugs for all 7 of us! But other than that, it was fantastic.
