Location was excellent right in the heart of Harrogate. Only 10 minutes from the conference centre which is why we were there, but surrounded by lots of interesting restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and the facilities met all our needs. Communications through the agents were easy and requests were responded to very quickly. Thank you, we had a great time.

Location and parking.
The kitchen and fridge were dirty, left over food bits in the salad draw of the fridge and a few hairs and the seal of the fridge was very dirty. Greasy cupboards and the grill pan had left over food stuck to it.
Only one bathroom/toilet for 7 guests
Only 4 chairs around the dining table.
