Good, quiet accommodation. Very clean and comfortable.
Small room, but that was no problem.
The lady sent me a message via booking.com, which I overlooked because I get a lot of messages from them. A later message didn't reach me in time, because I didn't have my smartphone on.

The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the main living areas of the house, so offer privacy. There is also a private lawn area to sit in. Having a mini kitchenette is a real bonus. And the location on the No 3 circular bus route into Harrogate make the location especially convenient. Jean was particularly kind in that she posted to me an item I accidentally left behind.
All was good.

Wonderful small self contained unit, very clean comfortable and excellent facilities. Jean was the perfect host and very welcoming. Would 100% rebook to stay again as whole experience was very positive.
