Warm and cosy very clean and everything I needed.

It was was very comfortable and has a woman traveling alone I felt very safe, my accommodation was a single room very comfortable and well designed and equipped.

I stayed one night and didn’t have anything to dislike.

Cosy little place

Jean was a lovely host for my stay in Harrogate! The Bedford facilities were all there, including some additional extras like bottled water. Everything was lovely and clean, and I would stay there again if I am up in Harrogate again!

Very clean and cosy and affordable on my student budget. It was all rather excellent. Thanks for a very welcoming, private and cosy place to stay. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Just a personal preference but I prefer a slightly harder bed.

Thankfully I had to only suffer the one night with very little sleep.

There was no breakfast

Extremely cramped bedroom, the mattress was sponge and the weather was hot. The T.V. was so close, it was hurtful on the eyes. The hanging space was directly above the kettle and cups which made it unusable. I had to park my vehicle in the street. The small fridge had a stock of some bottles of sparkling water only which, unfortunately I am unable to drink. There was not one place close by that I could get anything to eat, as you had to have a booking in advance for any eatery and the only shops were all closed as it was after 16:00 on a Sunday, coffee was all I had, which was in the room.

The room is small but has everything you need. Tea and coffee provided as well as bottles of Harrogate water. The is also a Microwave if needed.

It is a good half an hour walk from town but I knew that in advance. There is a bus that stops very near but is only once an hour in the evening.

A comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Immaculately clean and well-kept. Space is limited, so it favours those who travel light, but the amenities that you get (fridge, microwave, TV) are astonishing given that this is a "cozy" room. Wonderfully friendly host. Easily the best place I've stayed in Harrogate, and that includes hotels at more than double the price.

There is nothing the host could have done about this, but due to roadworks getting to and from Harrogate itself was tricky, and what would usually be a nice quiet road was busy with people using it as a diversion. As space is at a premium, maybe a couple of extra wall shelves and a little lap tray for meals would have been the icing on the cake.

I regretted staying there.

Location was good and bathroom clean

The room was too cold and the host refused to make my stay comfortable especially at night( the only time am in the room) by leaving the heater on. This really affected my health. I should be compensated because despite my continuous complaints about the room being cold, she insisted it was UK policy to off the heater knowing fully well that temperature was dropping to 1-3oC especially at night. The house was noisy with loud TV volume from the host’s living room. This prevented me from having a quiet moments. Also, the description of the room was a double room on the website which is so small compare to the reality; the room was so small that I kept my baggage outside the room to have space to put my feet.
