Very clean. Quiet and private.. lovely area. Very picturesque
Unfortunately couldn't let our dog roam independently due to lack of secure fence. This was more to do with our dog having no recall. He did enjoy the enclosed field but still had to be kept on lead because of gaps in fence.

Great location. Property close to The Sill, pub and Sycamore Gap. Parking easy, perfect for dogs.

Keys readily available and hostess met us as we arrived. Mob number shared so that was really easy and helpful.

Loved the welcome from Sam and Branston. Fresh baked bread on arrival (yum) and tea and coffee provided. The cottage was cosy, neat and perfectly formed. Loved having a dishwasher. The location is perfect for walking Hadrian's Wall and several attractions are a couple of miles away by car or foot if you're a hiker.
Missed having a washer but the rest of the facilities more than made up for it.
