We enjoyed a comfortable week here with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Cottage was well appointed but not luxury. A good base for exploring all there is to see around Hadrian's Wall. A drive to find local restaurants.
Parking was challenging for one vehicle only. No back yard at all. We would have appreciated more furniture in the bedrooms where room allowed. Dressing table, chair etc in main bedroom. No flat surfaces to put things.

Great location, very comfortable, warm, well equipped and ticked all our boxes for a lovely weekend. We will definitely be back.

Loved this house, it was huge and was far nicer than the photos!
We had everything we needed, lots of room and we were very comfortable
I am struggling to find anything wrong with the house but if i had to pick a couple of faults they would be, no offroad parking and no internal doors , so it felt a little drafty when sitting in the lounge
