Worth of a price, close, walking distance to ski lifts. Comfortable

I enjoyed it very much and appreciated the communiation with the host.

It's in the heart of the town and easily accessible. It was clean and cozy and the communication with the host was easy with fast responses.

There was a party close by on Saturday night but I put in earplugs so it didn't bother me.

A perfect place for a stay of any length.

A lovely, clean apartment with a fantastic shower. Bed was very comfy. Long balcony with nice views and acces from both lounge & bedroom. Everything you could need! Alexa sent clear, detailed instructions before we arrived and responded immediately to every message sent. Rosalpina's Coffee and More was next-door-but-one and a lovely place for good coffee, freshly-squeezed orange juice and a light breakfast. Contemporary, comfortable vibe to sit and watch the world go by or gaze at the mountains. San Viglio di Marebbe seems to be an upmarket ski resort with works well vase a spring/early summer base. So clean with good amenities (Pharmacy right opposite Residence Caterina Lanz) The stunning Lago di Braies was accessible from here as were many mountain passes with incredible scenery at every turn.

I really cannot fault a thing! Having said that, some coffee and tea bags would be nice.

The apartman was close to the city center, it was big, clean and modern. Big balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. San Vigilio is a beautiful village. Pizzeria was 2 min walk from the apartman, pizza was great. Also Despar supermarket is only 2 min walk from the apartman.

San Vigilio is an excellent base for hiking. It hasa a supermarket, butcher and local specialties.

The village was nicer than some of ski villages in in the Alps. Bus service excellent and free, good access to hiking trails. The windows were well soundproofed - see what we did not like.

The apartment was on a busy street without vegetation to absorb the noise. All around mostly concrete buildings and and a fire station in front, all surface tarmac. With windows closed there was no problem however this being summer we wanted to sleep with open windows. Impossible. The balcony was tiny and the fire station in the first plan. Above beautiful mountains. The apartment was definitely not ergonomic. Many shelves extremely high and the kitchen poorly planned. All important spots grouped in one corner: fridge, sink, waste basket, most of the dishes. No problem if only one person does all the work.

The property was very nice and clean. it was close to everything you need to see in the dolomites (lago di braies, cinque torri, rifugio delle odle). it was like an hour ride everywhere so very acceptable.

They left us just 2 tabs for the dishwasher and we stayed 4 days. it wasn’t another method to wash the dishes.

Spacious well equipped modern penthouse; big windows enable a great view on surrounding mountains; balcony with several chairs invite to chill and/or sunbath. Very friendly and flexible host.

Floor in shower cabin in one bathroom was in VERY poor condition and VERY slippery. Needs urgent repair.

Glorious stay, would certainly book again!

A lovely setting for our holiday. Catarina Lanz was a great base and ideally located for ski lifts + getting into town. The Penthouse was very spacious with great views. It was very cosy and on the whole very quiet (bar the school rush in the morning)! The showers were great and the apartment was very clean on arrival. We had rented two flats and there was plenty of space in the penthouse for us to comfortable dine 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple ways to make coffee (coffee maker + Nespresso + mocha pots) with a good selection of crockery, glassware, pans and knives. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially letting us leave our bags after check out whilst we awaited a transfer.

We did not have a bottle opener but used one from the second flat so it wasnt an issue.

Passable budget stay for 4 persons, good stay for pairs.

The location is just a few minutes walk to both ski areas. The underground parking space is great, The view from the apartman to the black and blue pistes of Piculin is amazing. The owner is very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped.

The children's learning piste is in front of the apartman and the compressors of the advertisisng dolls running very noisy all day. The living room has a couch for 2 persons to sleep, but without earplugs it is impossible, due to the noisy gas heater in the same room. The ski room's boot dryers do not work effectively.

Everything was perfect! We have been staying in this apartment for couple of years before, and we love to come back always to this house because it is very cosy, it is in the perfect location and apartments are very clean! The host is great.

A szállást nagyon jó ár-érték arányban foglaltam. Nagyobb volt az apartman, mint a hasonlóak a környéken. Magasan felszerelt, modern bútorzattal, jól használható konyhával.

A serpenyők teljesen elhasználtak, ezek cseréje már illene. Néhány pohár szintén el van használva teljesen. Nincs kézmosó szappan a fürdőben.
