Pleasant stay

Very nice hotel and room, clean and spacious. Beautiful spa area. Staff helpful and kind. Food very tasty) Big parking spot and place for bikes. Everything is close by. Easy to go on trips - especialy cyclo route along the river to Pederu was stunning)

Matress was too hard. Our room 104 was above the restaurant so it was noisy untill 22:00 and from early morning. No vegetables for breakfast.

A perfect little hotel!

We loved staying at this small wonderful hotel. In mid-winter it was very cosy and warm, wonderful food - breakfasts, lunch and dinner, and the wonderful spa downstairs. All the staff were so friendly. The place has a lovely atmosphere, and little touches which made it a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!

Amazing stay, friendly staff, great food, perfect location!

Great location for skiing/other mountain activities, room was excellent (we were upgraded to a suite). Food was amazing - included breakfast was delicious and they had a different tasting menu dinner every night for a reasonable price. Staff was incredibly courteous as well. they were also really kind and accommodating to our two dogs (which is really rare in the Dolomites!)

Some parts of the spa weren’t fully working (jacuzzi and steam room weren’t that hot) on the first day of our stay. But I think this was because it was the first days of the season and they were fully functioning on the 3rd day of our stay.

everything was perfect! delicious food (as in Michelin rests), super clean, super friendly team that runs the place and always there to help. very authentic magic atmosphere of the old building which is perfectly maintained. the location and surrounding are top! we hope to be back here again! Comfortable stay in a central location.

The hosts were very accommodating with our dog - they set up a table for eating for us in the bar area as we needed to have her with us, and she could not go in the restaurant.

There were no drinks facilities or minibar in the room, and we were charged for water with our evening meal, which seemed odd considering the price of our room and the quality of the hotel.

Traditional hotel with modern ideas.

Great hotel in the middle of skiing village. Friendly check-in, excellent staff from waitresses to bartender. Lots of thought went into making the stay fun from outdoor apres ski drinks and snacks to a traditional local food evening in the gorgeous cellar restaurant. Lovely view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. Great value for money for a hotel in an extensive ski area.

Wellness area needed a couple of things fixing (eg cold steam room) but overall the facilities were great.

Prima colazione completa con dolce e salato di qualità. Inoltre sono stati servite preparazioni a richiesta senza problemi. La cortesia dello staff e del proprietario. L'atmosfera "ladina" nell'arredamento e nelle pietanze servite al ristorante. Chef molto bravo.
