Nice place in the nature with very helpful host

Cozy hut at the end of the village. Nice quiet environment. City center is in walking distance. Easy afternoon walk to the spiagga and the waterfall. Good base for Pederu tour, then proceeding to Fanes/Senes. The host was kind and provided really good tips for hikes (different options depending on the planned length/level). Variety of via ferratas in the vicinity (unfortunately we could not try them there because of our short stay and the changing weather).

The look&feel of the room was a bit old, but the photos were accurate about it, and the price was correct regarding the value. The separate bathroom was somewhat new to us, but it was also mentioned in the description, so that as just OK.

The place is located amazingly, with the woods just behind to house. The house is so beautiful and carefully decorated in the most tasteful way. Ifyou're looking for privacy, it might not be exactly what you dream of. Bathroom's are separate for each room, but the hallway to reach them is shared. You have to speak quietly, because noise travels from one room to another. It's like living in a home with other families. Host is very very nice, welcoming and would do just about anything to accommodate you.

Really lovely rooms available, we had a 3/4 bed and a double room that provided as with an excellent experience to chill out in the evening after a long day of hiking. Bathroom facilities were great and kitchen available for an extra price if you would like to use it. Host/owner was extremely welcoming. Nothing was a problem for him.

amazing house filled with personal touches and the best host

A house filled with history and personal touches and a GREAT host. The house is placed behind shading trees, away from the busier roads, but still within easy walking distance to what the little town has to offer. Giulio was always giving the best advice about our day trips and it was wonderful to have three nights in this house. would love to come back

We returned here after 5 years and will come in future

All was great: peaceful location (there's a nice restaurant "Arnold" near the property), and the host was helpful. Matrasses are extremely comfy. We recommend to visit Obersee and Antholzer lakes, if you go by car

It was an amazing place .. in-between the mountains . We were there with our one year old daughter and it was so kid friendly and comfortable . Our host was nice with us and recommended places to look around and provided us everything we needed . I would 100% recommend this place to stay during the visit to the Dolomites, especially with family

Excellent séjour avec des hôtes accueillants, bienveillants, arrangeants et adorables :)

L'emplacement était idéal par rapport à notre situation, à côté du camping où nous logions juste avant. Cela était très pratique dans un moment où notre voiture était en panne. Giulio a été super ! Il nous a beaucoup aidé, lui et sa femme, dans certaines situations où nous étions en panne de voiture notamment. Merci encore énormément Giulio pour ton aide, c'était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir discuter avec vous deux durant ce séjour.

Per i tre asciugamani almeno due notti!

La posizione tranquilla a due passi dal centro

Abbiamo dormito qui una notte sola, e alla domanda di come mai ci fosse un solo asciugamano grande c’è stato risposto che il tris di asciugamani, ovverosia quello da bidet e quello da viso vengono dati solo a chi pernotta per più notti… la colazione viene servita dalle otto in poi, forse è un po’ tardi per chi, come noi vuole andare in montagna abbastanza presto.
