Overall all ok since room was only used for sleeping.

Bads are squeaky... Room did not have a safe. Prehistoric TV, poor tv channel choice.

Family hotel with friendly staff

The brightest part of the stay in the Brunella was the very helpful staff and the owner. They are doing everything to make you feel welcome. I am vegetarian and my girlfriend has food allergies but there was no problem to change the planned menu to meet our expectations - the staff and the cook were very patient. Dinners were really tasty. The relax area is also worth mentioning - it is new and nicely designed. The skibus stop is one minute away (visible from balconies). There is parking for cars and there was always a free spot. Additionally, a girl working at the main desk and a waiter speak English - what is not always that obvious.

I think that not all apartments are renovated and I have ended up in an older one, so this could be better. Additionally, I felt that in the evening room got a little bit cold.

In eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo tenuto conto trattasi di un 3*. Accoglienza perfetta poiché gestito a livello familiare e ci si sente in effetti accolti con grande senso di ospitalità. Complimenti soprattutto a Giorgio per la sua simpatia e disponibilità ed anche al cuoco che è suo figlio. Impeccabili anche tutte le altre persone dello staff , In buona parte della stessa famiglia.
