Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Dolomites. Everything was amazing except that the room didn’t have A/C.

I had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back. The hotel is gorgeous and everything is brand new. The rooms have breathtaking views, the linen is soft and was sparkling clean.

Great location, the staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant and bar food is top notch, the Spa and treatments are a gift, and it is surrounded by the most beautiful nature.

Aquí tienes un resumen de la reseña: --- My partner and I stayed at the hotel and while the location was great and the staff friendly, the room seemed to be prepared for just one person despite our booking for two. We were given only one set of towels, a single bathrobe, one pair of slippers, one pillow, and only one blanket and comforter to share. Although we requested additional items, the delay and inconvenience impacted our stay. I hope the hotel improves room preparation for future guests.

Very relaxing place. Kinda a place that you go to heal your spirituality type of thing. It's perfectly fine to stay there with your kids but the atmosphere is quite with many people trying to relax in nature so for example the pool is more like a spa pool than a resort pool.
