Everything! Exceptionally friendly, hard-working, and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. A great breakfast with local products. A wonderful wellness area with a breathtaking view of the Dolomites.

the location is ok.
1. toilet paper not flushed when I first got into room.
2. all facilities were closed.
3. staff kinda of cold
4. we're allocated to very old rooms, everything is old or broken, including the hair dryer
