Wonderful stay! Would definitely come back!

The hotel was very nice. The staff made the stay outstanding! The food was exceeded our expectations. The staff even let us into breakfast early to ensure we were able to go to the Sellaronda early.

The rooms and dining room were very hot. We could not turn down the heat in the rooms. When we were sitting at breakfast and dinner we were sweating and very uncomfortable. We are American and I realize we are used to cooler spaces however, the ability to turn off the heat is a necessity. We couldn’t even use our comforter at night and wore shorts and t-shirts to breakfast.

Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded expectations in many ways.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was large, modern, and very clean – we especially liked the wooden finishes, which added a cozy touch. Parking was easy, with enough space for cars and motorcycles, and the two EV charging points were a big plus (80 cents per kWh). We also really appreciated being able to check in around 10 AM after a long night drive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

While the hotel had some good qualities, there were a few things that didn’t sit well with me. Dogs are allowed, which I understand, but some guests had very large dogs indoors, and I found that unhygienic in shared spaces. Also, it was disappointing that there were no true lactose-free alternatives available at breakfast. Lastly, the EV charging stations, while convenient, were a bit pricey at 80 cents per kWh. Overall, not a bad stay, but these issues did affect the experience.

Pleasant

Staff very very friendly and helpful. Location was close to the ski lift. 5 minutes walk (uphill) The dinner was great.

We were stuck with a table in the very corner which wasn't the best atmosphere. The property was over priced. Swimming pool and spa was in the basement and does not have outdoor pool. Spa area without windows. The property was too hot for comfort. Breakfast did not have enough healthy options. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. no drinking water in room.

A nice and cozy hotel in the centre of St. Vigil

Very nice, cozy hotel, excellent location, close to the centre of the village and to good restaurants. Big selection at breakfast, we could even get soya milk for our coffee! Staff was exceptionally helpful and very kind! I could only recommend this place, we will definitely come back!

Świetny hotel! Bardzo czysto w całym obiekcie. Przestronny pokój nowocześnie i komfortowo urządzony z balkonem. Wygodne oraz duże łóżka. Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu - pieszo do gondoli ośrodka narciarskiego Kronplatz, oraz spacerem do centrum San Vigillio. Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy, profesjonalny i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Niesamowicie mili i pomocni właściciele, którzy sprawili, że czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze. Pyszne posiłki, śniadanie w formie bufetu. Brawa dla szefów kuchni za wyśmienite dania serwowane na kolacje. Do dyspozycji gości sauny, basen i siłownia oraz narciarnia. Bezpłatny parking. Gorąco polecamy!!!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la qualità eccelsa raggiunta da questo hotel , condotto in maniera superba da una famiglia che ci tiene a ciò che fa.. e si vede !! servizio, cordiale , attento , discreto..mai invadente , colazione e ristorante da 5 stelle. Camera spaziosa , pulita e letti confortevolissimi. Spa curata e con tutti i servizi , piscina coperta e di grandi dimensioni . Un ricordo ed un saluto particolari ad Angela e Valentina. Se potremo, torneremo senz’altro . Lo consigliamo ad occhi chiusi a chiunque .

Voljeli bismo doći opet

Lokacija hotela je odlična - blizu centra, a za ski opremu smo iznajmili ormarić na ski liftu koji je udaljen 5 min hoda. Osoblje u hotelu nas je oduševilo - domaća atmosfera, a posebno bismo pohvalili Miaru koja nas je posluživala u restoranu - posebno ljubazna i simpatična djevojka. Također hvala hotelu jer su nam dopustili ranu prijavu zbog bebe. Nasa kčer je obožavala svirati klavir u lobiju. Večera je obilna i jako ukusna, sobe lijepe i uredne. Uživali smo i voljeli bismo doći opet.

Fantastisch hotel met fantastische uitbaterse

Het hotel bevindt zich op wandelafstand van de skilift Miara. Via het hotel huurden we een locker aan de skilift zodat we niet met ons skimateriaal hoefden te wandelen. De kamers zijn mooi, genoeg kastruimte en hebben een goed bed. De kamer wordt dagelijks goed onderhouden. Het eten, ontbijt ( buffet ) en diner zijn uitstekend met ruim voldoende keuze. De uitbaters en het personeel zijn geweldig vriendelijk en onderhouden een aangenaam contact met hun gasten. Ook zwembad en fitnessruimte zijn een pluspunt. Kortom, dit hotel en hun personeel is super en wij komen volgend skiseizoen terug.
