a perfect stay in perfect location, really recommend

the room was impeccably clean. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen a cleaner room. The balcony had a view of the mountains and there is a very nice peaceful garden. The staff were lovely and the price with breakfast is best I’ve found in the area. I hope I can come back one day. I was also very happy to find a big empty private car park as booking.com said there was no parking, and parking in the town for extended time is not super easy.

Fantastic value, great location, nice wellness, good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at very much! It was an incredible value. It was easy to find, parking is in front of the house. The breakfast was good with great coffee! The room was okay, it was clean, could be a bit more comfortable. The wellness was fantastic, very nicely equiped. The sauna and outdoor hottub were amazing after a full day of skiing. The Kronplatz lift is about 15 minutes walking distance, but we used the free ski-bus which is practically in front of the hotel. The hotel offers storage for skiing equipment. All afternoon available common room with a selection of tea was very welcome. A very well stocked supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance away.

We had a very pleasent stay, so this is more like suggestions for improvement: the wellness is open from 16:00 to 20:00. Since the front desk is open till 21:00, so could the wellness. After a full day of skiing (the lifts stop operating at 17:00), having something to eat and resting, you have to hurry to catch the sauna! If it was open till 21:00, it would be easier to enjoy. The bathroom could use an update, it's a bit old and a bit cold. I missed some more international TV programs, but you don't come here to watch TV :). We had a great stay and I reccomend it a lot.

Very nice hotel with welness

The room was really nice, clean, comfortable and had a balcony with a table and chairs and a nice view. The owners were super friendly, our clothes were wet because of the rain and they offered to dry them! The welness has a lot of options and the jacuzzi outside is a nice way to relax.

There was no shower curtain so the water sometimes fell out of the bathtub while showering. Also not that many possibilities to charge your phone for example so a tip would be to bring an extension cable with multiple sockets.

Il relax perfetto tra silenzio, natura e montagne, in una struttura nuova, calda ed accogliente

La struttura è nuovissima e il comfort ai massimi livelli, lo staff è molto cortese e attento al cliente, la colazione è molto buona e varia, il proprietario si ì mostrato davvero accomodante rispetto alle nostre esigenze (siamo arrivati 1 h prima del check-in ma comunque ci è stata consegnata la chiave della camera e anche il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli e rinfrescarci dopo una giornata di sci, prima di ripartire)

In realtà nulla, anche la distanza dagli impianti di risalita è colmata benissimo dal servizio di ski bus che passa a 20 metri dalla struttura e che in 2 minuti arriva alla partenza dell'ovovia. Forse nel letto un cuscino di taglia media sarebbe stato più di nostro gradimento, ma magari era disponibile ed è stata colpa nostra a non averlo chiesto. Nella zona benessere, non sarebbe stato male avere a disposizione thé o tisane...

Appartamenti molto belli e nuovi

Essendo una struttura appena rinnovata ha dei peccati di gioventù, non abbiamo trovato una moka per il caffè e manca un tappetino all'ingresso dell'appartamento ma ha veramente tutto inclusa la lavastoviglie , quindi direi perdonabili. Il parcheggio invece è problematico ma il gestore sta cercando di risolvere la situazione.
