Beautiful scenery, serene environment and atmosphere

Beautiful views from our balcony. Really peaceful location and environment. A real treat. And Heinz was so kind, helpful and lovely. The breakfasts, which you can order each evening, were very tasty -with great quality, local produce. We really enjoyed our stay - would have loved to have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay in the Italian Dolomites.

Owner was polite, well-mannered, eager to have discussions about various topics. Everything for the price is worth it. Private parking, private property and a huge area to walk around. Apartment complex has a sauna, pool, many tables outside. Decorations are beautiful. The town around this villa is calm, prepared for exploration. Very, very nice. We are grateful towards the owner and the caretaker.

Room didn't have a washing machine or dishwasher, although these services were available elsewhere.

Can’t recommend enough!

Villa Ortensia is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Kronplatz! We absolutely loved it, the owner Heinz made our stay so easy! He also runs equipment hire and lessons from a store in town, which made everything less overwhelming for us. The staff are so so lovely, and the location is perfect for the ski lift! This was our first time staying in the Dolomites and it was better than we could have ever imagined. Our room was spacious and had a kitchen with stove and mini fridge, the breakfast baskets are great in the morning! The sauna and Turkish bath are also amazing after a day on the slopes.

A beautiful stay really close to slopes.

The location is perfect, only 150m from the slopes and chairlift. The breakfast arrives in apartment which is convenient. Property also has a large garage so your vehicle will be kept warm during winter time. Really nice stay if you fancy comfortable apartment and superb location!
