Location was great. Loved the neighborhood and walking to all the sights or taking a canal taxi was easy. Apartment was comfortable enough, had the amenities needed to have coffee and breakfast, etc. Beds were a little stiff. A/C was ok but not as cool as us southern Americans like but we made do....Having 2 showers for 7 people was awesome. Check-in with Julia was easy as well as checkout. We would stay here again if ever in Venice in the future. Felt like a local in our area. Wine bar below and grocery nearby as well as restaurants. Great stay!
Beds were a little stiff and A/c was not as good as we hoped.

Location lovely, right near some great food and drink spots, and very easy to get into the more central parts of the city. On a lovely canal.
Apartment seems to have not been updated in years, and there are a few things that could definitely do with improving. Mixed amount of kitchen crockery available, some finishings looked a little grubby ie the bathroom sealant, and could maybe do with some lamps / a tiny bit of extra furnishing!
