Nice and spacious apartment over looking the canal very quiet area.
Nice open plan kitchen with washing machine which was a bonus.In walking distance or take water taxi to all attractions.
You have to use stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It also came with kitchen supplies so you could eat and cook if you like it. It also has a washing machine and a a line outside the master bedroom for drying. WiFi was good and once the air conditioning was fixed that worked great for the nice weather we had. The location was perfect to get to town and the water taxi
The shower was difficult to control. The stairs were a lot but I suppose good for you also once you find the light as you enter the building it isn’t so bad

Location, almost in the heart of Cannaregio with a great host - Giacomo can double as your tour guide, if you don't have an exact plan.
Feeling the heartbeat of the real Venice, not just the places of mass tourism.
Neighbours or other tourists in the building a bit loud during night time, but nothing unbearable. The gulls were louder :)
