The Cuddy was fantastic and perfect for our first stay in Brixham! Highly recommend!

Parking is ‘challenging’, but we got sorted in the end.

Fabulous break in Brixham.

The Cuddy is situated in a quiet street around 5 mins walk from the harbour. We found free parking in a nearby street within a minute or two from the property and were able to pull up outside to unload. The Cuddy had everything we needed, even a tv in the bedroom which is a rarity. The furniture was all good quality and comfortable. The whole property was spotless. We appreciated being able to control the heating ourselves as it was occasionally chilly during our stay. Karen and John, the hosts, were great at providing information and also let us check in early and out an hour later which was appreciated. We had some very good meals out during our stay and would recommend The Bell for Sunday lunch (10 mins walk from The Cuddy) Thank you for a lovely stay.

A very nice stay in a cosy small holiday let.

Overall a very nice holiday let. Well equipped, nice bathroom and kitchen areas. Nice touch leaving milk in the fridge on arriving.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. A harbour view and easy parking would of been nice.

Perfect

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cuddy. It was very clean and well appointed. I was concerned that parking may be an issue but was reassured by Karen that it wouldn’t be a problem and it was fine. Couldn’t really fault outer stay and highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great Brixham location. Great communication from the hosts and they were extremely flexible in check in/check out times. Although parking is difficult in Brixham, there are always space a bit further uphill. Will definitely use again!

It was a lovely stay - was very close to the cavern steps. A lovely walk down to town and the harbour. Loved everything about it - I will definitely recommend The Cuddy to others.

A wonderful few days in the most beautifully appointed apartment.

Just the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It was perfect. Cleanliness to the highest standard, everything was there that I would ever need for a stay, every utensil that you would need for cooking, it was just like my own kitchen. A really comfy sofa and chair in the living room. The comfiest of beds and pillows, the linen was pure white, it even had Netflix on the TV. There was a bottle of milk and plenty of biscuits, teas, coffee and hot chocolate. There is not a thing to be negative about. I have booked again already.

A wonderful home from home with helpful hosts.

A wonderful clean and comfortable apartment away from the bustle of the main town but near enough to be there in 7 minutes. (Via steep steps) The garden is a real bonus. Everything you need with fully equipped kitchen - milk in the fridge and tea bags. Lovely bright decor. Really good value. The amazing outdoor sea water lido is 20 minutes stroll. The breakwater is a lovely place to watch the sun go down. I went on a taster sailing trip on tall ship The Pilgrim- wonderful!

You can hear the people in the flat above- luckily they were very considerate. The shower could do with a place to put shampoo.

A very pleasant stay.

The Cuddy was perfect for us. Information before and during our stay was really good. The property was very clean and the decor and furnishings were lovely. The kitchen at The Cuddy had everything we needed, the heating was on when we arrived, there was a welcome pack and complementary toiletries too, which was very thoughtful.

The parking is quite tricky, but the owners had warned us of this and we know that this is a problem for lots of places in Brixham.
