The property was of a high standard, very clean and comfortable, would recommend.

The property had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A good space and plenty of light. The rooms were spotless, modern and beautifully decorated. Great position as it meant we were able to walk down to the harbour and local amenities.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking to stay around the brixham area

The property was very clean and great attention to detail. The scones were a nice touch….Delicious! Would’ve preferred two double beds, however I do believe this is an available option, but as I booked last minute I didn’t state that as a preference, so that’s on me. Would def recommend to others and would def stay again.

The macerator was a bit noisy but not sure much can be done about that. Otherwise it was great

Ideal short stay accommodation with everything provided. Clean and comfortable beds and furniture.

Compact, ideal for two persons, had everything we required.

The toilet was noisy because of the system. ( a macerater)The bathroom smelt of damp probably because of no window to ventilate.

Great family friendly, clean & nicely decorated accommodation

The accommodation was very clean, the hosts had thought of everything with key information left for us, fans in the rooms and scones ready and waiting! I’d of happily stayed longer, my girls didn’t want to leave! The dressing area was our little luxury!! Location was great, we walked down into the town a few nights and drove to Paignton, Salcombe & Exmouth. The hosts were fab with communication. Overall excellent review.

Great Location, Lots of Space. Thought of all our needs, had everything including, beach towels and a cream tea which was a lovely touch and the hosts were lovely and very quick to respond when contacted!

Perfect and cosy!

Been to brixham a few times now but first time staying here and it was very clean and cosy! Loved that you got a cream tea on arrival, also the property had everything you needed to cook with. Great location 3 min drive to the harbour about 20 mins walk. Not to far from other locations either. Will definitely stay again! Also the hosts are quick to respond if you have any concerns upon arrival.

Lovely clean comfortable holiday getaway

Lovely, clean and comfortable with lots of little extra touches, loved the dressing room, everything you could need with added bonus of parking. Short drive into Brixham which has a lovely walk around the marina with plenty of places to eat and drink.

Lovely place, characterful yet modern and in a great location.

Starboard is a great place to stay. Lovely and clean with great attention to detail. Its a good location too. The space is compact but great for a couple with one or two small children. The decoration is modern but with character, it's well equipped, and even has a small dishwasher.

1.The toilet has a macerator which is noisy; its fine in the day but not ideal if used in the night. 2. It's a bit of a squash with 4 adults ie. seating in the lounge area doesnt comfortably accomodate 4, and there is only 1 loo.

Great base for a trip to the Brixham area

Very clean, comfortable and in a great location - about 15-20 minute walk into Brixham harbour area. Had lots of little extras such as Virgin TV, Netflix and Disney+. Also, the cream tea was a lovely touch! Basically, it was home from home with a full kitchen. Thank you!

A comfortable and well-equipped stopover.

We arrived late at night and left before check-out, so we were not able to spend as much time here as we would have liked. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a stopover: cooking facilities, towels, sheets, parking etc. Our favourite: the large armchair was so comfy; the walk-in dressing area in the main bedroom (which was also hanging space for the 2nd bedroom); the thoughtful extras, such as the cream tea and chilled water in the fridge; having private outside space; the convenience of self-check-in, and the location was ideal for us to visit family in the area. Communication from the host was also excellent throughout. Although the macerator toilet was noisy, we did appreciate the eco-friendly element. An outside light by the entrance would be useful for those arriving at night (small point, not worth putting in the 'what didn't you like' section.) We will be recommending this property to friends and family, and we look forward to staying again.

Beautiful place to stay, in a great location and spotlessly clean - highly recommended!

Great location, the property was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean and a good size for 4 people including two huge teenagers :) The kitchen was really well equipped too - the hosts were lovely and even left us a delicious cream tea for us to enjoy on arrival which was really lovely and much appreciated after a very long journey! Overrall it was an excellent place to stay, we would love to come back again.

The only very slight negative for some people is the fact that the road and steps to the property are both very steep, so you'd need to be able to get up the steps as there is no railing - but this is to be expected because it's a seaside town with a lot of steep hills around!

Perfect

Stayed for 2 nights as my daughter had a dance competition locally. Check in was easy, apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Had a bit of time to explore the local area prior to competition which was lovely! Would love to come back at some point and spend more time exploring. Thank you for having us :)

Loved the garden. It was such a lovely space to relax in. The property had everything you would need and more. The bed was very comfortable and the whole house was very homely.

The one very small thing was that the downstairs had a slight musty smell. However, this didn’t make a difference to my lovely stay

Fabulous place for a few days away!

Great place to stay for a few days. Very clean and welcoming with a lovely home from home feel. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the area for a few days.

Everything was fantastic the only thing I would really have to say is that the toilet would make a funny noise each time it was used or when someone uses the shower. This was a little annoying after awhile but was manageable for the short stay we had.

Modern, quiet, comfortable property

Pristine and beautifully decorated contemporary property in a quiet residential area. Well equipped modern kitchen and nice welcoming touches. Beds are on the soft side but super-comfortable and we slept incredibly well. Living room perhaps a little tight for four but plenty of room for two. Highly recommended.
